[Rework Concept] Janna, the Gale Goddess

Passive - Tailwind: Janna gains bonus movement speed based on the strength of her shield. Her abilities leave behind a Tailwind that grants her allies half of the bonus movement speed, so long as they are traveling in the same direction the Tailwind is flowing. Enemies walking against the Tailwind are slightly slowed.
Q - Coming Storm - First Cast: Janna summons a whirlwind at her current location which charges up over 3 seconds. Its range, speed, damage, and knockup duration increase for each second it is left charging.
- Howling Gale - Second Cast: At the end of the duration, or upon reactivation, the whirlwind launches itself for 1.5 seconds in the target direction, dealing magic damage to all enemies it passes through and knocking them up for 0.5 - 1.25 (based on seconds charged) seconds.
W - Upon the Wind: Janna creates a pillar of wind at a target location, dealing magic damage and knocking up and away enemies from the pillar, which lasts for a few seconds. Allies over, or who move over, the pillar are lifted into the air, cleaning them, granting them bonus movement speed, and allowing them to travel over terrain, so long as the pillar is over terrain.
E - Eye of the Storm: Janna quickly transforms into bird and dash to a target allied champion, becoming a shield for the target allied champion for 5 seconds, granting her target bonus adaptive damage while the shield is up. Janna's ally gains the full bonus movement speed of Tailwind. If the shield breaks, Janna is knocked back from her ally, becoming briefly rooted.
- Typhoon: Janna quickly transforms into bird and dash to a target allied turret, becoming a shield while Janna gains temporary control of the turret's attack target for 5 seconds, or until the shield breaks, where Janna would then be knocked away from the tower and breifly stunned.
R - Zephyr - Passive: While out of combat, Janna transform into a bird, becoming camouflaged and leaving behind a Tailwind wherever she goes. While Zephyr is active, Janna becomes ghosted. Eye of the Storm/Typhoon has no cast time while Zephyr is active.
- Breath of Life - Active: Janna slightly knocks back all nearby enemies based on their proximity to her, stunning them for 0.5 seconds and channels for 3 seconds, releasing soothing winds that heal nearby allies every half-second for while channeling. While channeling Janna's Tailwind's movement speed effects are doubled.
