Kleptocurrency: When hitting an enemy champion with an ability gain 1 Kleptocurrency Coin, this may occur every X seconds.

Market: Gain access to unique set of items in the store (the same items that you still get with Kleptomancy + maybe some additional if this seems like a nerf) which can be purchased with Kleptocurrency Coins.
