League Store Improvements

Now I've had some difficulty over the last couple of weeks but without going into detail it's in regards to content purchased in league. It's been to long when I got said content there was no refund system so I almost immediately regretted purchases. But what's frustrating is there's no way around it, even the upcoming hextech system doesn't count your current Items as loot. I think league needs 2 things, a trading system, and a conversion system. A trading system so players can trade champions and skins at leisure not like gifting just giving what you have to someone else in exchange for something; and a conversion system. I know people who buy every champion that comes out regardless. The rest of the time they just build up IP but it has no use other then champion purchases. ME? I'm more particular about my purchases these days, only buying champions I LIKE. but what do you do with your IP when you don't plan to buy a champion?

The Answer is nothing, that's all it's for...you can't buy skins with IP though that should change, or include a converter to trade IP for RP, tired of all that IP? No champions to buy? No problem switch to rp get some skins. This Is something I think league needs, though I do also think the refund system needs some expansion. Limiting the refunds to 3 is fine but you really should be able to refund ANYTHING in your inventory you've purchased for whatever reason. After all it's your account and if you want to get rid of content and purchase something else that should be your choice.
