~ Passive - Nothing to Fear: When HyperTechno reach under 10% of his health he forms a shield that blocks out 50 - 100 ( + 80% AP) ( + 10% Armor) ( + 10% Magic resist) damage for 2 to 8 seconds.

Extra effects: If HyperTechno reaches under 10%, stuns and fears has no effect against him, his attack range is also increased from 550 to 600 units for the shield's duration.
 Cooldown: 1 minute

~ Q - Energy Projectile: Depending on which ability is active.

If none is active: HyperTechno charges up his gun for a strong shot.

Range: The range is 850

Damage: Deals 40 to 120 ( + 50% AD)

If W is active: HyperTechno charges up his gun for a strong shot. That does AoE on hit, stunning the direct hit enemy.

Damage: Deals 20 to 100 ( + 40% AD)

Range: The range is 1000 units.

If E is active: HyperTechno charges up his guns for two strong shots. If the target was hit by the first and is hit again, the second hit will do 10% more damage that is True Damage.

Damage: Both dealing 40 to 120 ( + 60% AD).

Range: The range is 700 units.

Mana and cooldown (This is for all of them): The ability cost 80 mana that goes down to 40 mana, with a cooldown of 15 to 10 seconds.

~ W - Energy Shield: HyperTechno activates his left-hand shield, turning his armor into heavy duty. His attack damage is converted into armor and magic resist.

Effects: All ranged attacks deals decreased damage by 5% to 15% to HyperTechno, if Melee he takes 2% to 10% decrease damage. 50% of HyperTechno’s AD is converted into armor and magic resist. The ability can be recast and he turns normal.

Side effects: When Energy Shield is active HyperTechno losses 10% mobility and his range is decreased from 550 to 525. HyperTechno can be damage as normal from any angle HyperTechno isn’t facing, and he loses 50% of his AD. Until he switches to E or normal.

Mana and cooldown (To switch, if HyperTechno hasn’t changed once its free.): The ability cost 50 mana, with a cooldown of 30 seconds.

Voice lines: "Strong armor beats power." "Can you tickle me?"

If the enemy is an ADC or support: "Surprise!" "What? Do I look fat?"

If the enemy ADC is Ezreal and he uses E: "Wow! What technology is that?"

~ E - Extra Fire Power: HyperTechno draws his second gun, turning his armor into lightweight combat mode. His armor is converted into attack damage, and his magic resist is converted into movement speed and attack speed.

Effect: HyperTechno’s range is turned from 550 to 575 also gains a 10% attack speed increase. 30% of his armor is turned into attack damage, and 30% of his magic resist is turned into movement speed and attack speed. The ability can be recast and he turns normal.

Side effect: HyperTechno makes himself easier to damage.

Mana and cooldown (To switch, if HyperTechno hasn’t changed once its free.): The ability cost 50 mana, with a cooldown of 30 seconds.

Voice lines: "Time to unload the clips." "Two is better than one."

If near a tank: "The armored they are, the faster I need to be." "Let see if you can chase me."

If the enemy is Garen and has his Q active: "Why are you so fast?"

~ R - Star Buster Projectile: HyperTechno takes his energy rifle from his back and charges it up, he can channel it for 5 seconds to make the energy bullet stronger. It takes HyperTechno 1 second to aim and shot it, the energy shot will reach its target location in 3 seconds. Star Buster Projectile will send out a massive cone of shockwaves, that does decreased damage.

Star Burster Projectile’s power: Deals 500 to 1000 damage. Under channel, the AD % scaling is increased by every second going from a ( +100% AD) to ( +300% AD) depending on how long the ability was channeled. When hitting a champion or minion the projectile will send a massive cone blast of decreased damage up to an 80% reduced damage to enemy champions, and 40% damage decrease on enemy units.

Extra effects: If HyperTechno was stunned the channel is not canceled. While HyperTechno is 3 seconds into the channeling, he is visible to the enemy. All enemies hit behind the blast are stunned for 1 second. When Star Buster Projectile has reached 2000 units, minions or monsters cannot be hit by the ability. If an enemy is below 20% of their max health, the damage will triple and is true damage. If the Star Buster Projectile is fully charged, a champion hit with a shield passive has their passive shield negated. (Item shields are not affected and can negate 50% to 20% of the damage.)

Weakness: The ability can be interrupted by knock ups, knockbacks, or silences. HyperTechno can hold the energy charge for a max 10 seconds. The radius of the ability is 20 units. HyperTechno is not mobile under the channel. If an enemy has an item shield 50% to 20% of that damage is negated by the shield.

Range: When shot it can reach halfway through the map.

Sound effects: When the Star Buster Projectile has been shot the boom from the shockwave can be heard and if it hits a target. (This sound effect is only heard on a 3 second or over Ult)

Mana and cooldown: The ability cost 100 mana at all ranks. The cooldown is 1 minute and 40 seconds at all ranks.

Voice line if an enemy dies to a Star Buster Projectile in the fog of war: “You can run, but you can’t hide. I have tried.” “Bull's eye.” “You can try to hide, but I know that won’t help.”

If Enemy was killed close up by HyperTechno’s Ult: “Sorry, I have to survive and fix my mistake, you were just in my way.” “No one wants to die, but we are all destined to die.”

If the killed enemy was a voidling: "You took everything from me, time to return the favor."

If the killed enemy was Malzahar and the shield was negated: "Fool, I know everything you possess." "Your hunger for power turned you into a monster, I so look for power, but I bring hope." "Your destruction ends here Malzahar!" "May they have mercy on you."

Killing Kai'sa: "You looked and sound familiar. But I can't look back to remember." "If you are the woman, I once knew. Then it was only faith that brought you down." "Kai'sa would never betray her humanity. You can't be."
