Refund System

Hello everyone I just wanted to discuss some things about the League of Legends refund system. Now I know I might not be 100% knowing of the situation, but the way I see it the refund system is not good. Lets say you buy a champ and you end up being terrible with him/her/it, but you already used all three refunds and you REALLY wanna try out a new champ but you got no ip to buy that champ. This, to me, is a great example showing the refund system needs to be fixed, I see where you are coming from with the restrictions, because you don't want people to refund rp all the time, I get that part, but I think the ip side can be a bit different. Now please hear me out because I feel like this would be a great change, instead of ONLY three refunds in your whole league career it can be only three for rp based purchases. The ip purchases on the other hand can be still regulated to lets say...2 or 3 refunds a month so that way if you do waste your money on a champ you are crap with, or if you buy the wrong runes you can have a chance to fix that mistake and not just be stuck with it for the rest of the time you play league. Just an idea but RIOT PLEASE take this into consideration. THANKS!!!!!!!!

The community has been trying to get 3 refunds per season which I think is much more reasonable. You for sure don't want to refund anything that costs IP, it's just a waste. And the system is not there so you can buy Kindred then find she is too hard and refund her and try a new champ and so on. Its intended purpose is so if you buy a skin or something and it turns out to not be how you expected it, or you accidentally bought the wrong thing, you can get a refund. But with things like skin spotlights and champion reviews online you really should already know what you are buying. I think Riot is pretty generous giving us 3 refunds. Only reason it would be nice to get 3 per season is in the event you bought an expensive skin or something for a champion you don't play anymore, or maybe the skin is just really outdated compared to it's price, such as Pulsefire Ez or something.

The least exploitable way to do this might be as follows:

1 refund per champion or per rune (IP or RP), valid only within 5 days of first purchase (not any subsequent purchase of the same champion).

It allows you to effectively explore champion options without risk, but doesn't allow you to trade out your champion pool as the meta comes and goes, or as you move on to new champions. That way Riot preserves the majority of their financial income (since it doesn't let people IP juggle champions to avoid RP purchases), but players have a way to avoid feeling like they wasted their IP.
