I'm thinking of maybe a Zaunian Flamthrower weilding scientist who has a love for burning things.
Passive - Hextech Flamethrower: Autoattacks deal magic damage (reduced against minions and monsters) in a cone for a percentage of your AD and attack speed, it will always have a fixed damage tic speed of twice per second. Critical Strikes are dealt as damage over time for 2 seconds and the timer is refreshed by subsequent crits. On hit effects don't apply to your basic attacks, but using your flamethrower will stack things like static shiv. Works off a heat mechanic that makes it so extended firing brings up the heat of the fire dealing more damage, however crits will always have the same DOT damage, but if you reach full heat you take damage for a few seconds until it starts going back down. (
will increase the duration of the dot by 50%). Crits work against towers but do less damage.
Q - Zaunian Diplomacy: Point and click Pulls out a pistol and shoot an enemy and apply on hit effects, all on hit effects are doubled in the damage they do. Deals physical Damage based off of your AD and Critical strike chance. Works very similar to a Gangplank Q but deals much less damage in favor for doing double on hit effect damage.
W - Coolant Malfunction: Passive - Decreased heat gain and heat loss, leveling this will basically make it easier to maintain a heat level. Active - Cause your coolant canister to explode after a very short channel, causing magic damage to all nearby enemies, heavily slowing them, and also instantly bring the heat on your flamethrower to a certain percentage, that percentage getting higher with level. Casting this spell leaves a Coolant Canister on the ground where you are standing that acts similar to a blue ward but has less vision radius.
E - Grease Bomb: Throw a jar of grease at target location, covering the ground and any enemy struck in grease, you can target the grease puddle to make an explosion of fire causing AOE Magic Damage based off of your AD, hitting any greased enemy also makes an explosion of fire. Leveling this skill increases the damage. The grease will disappear after a few seconds.
R - Experimental Fuel: Passive - Crit cap raised to 150%, allowing for a chance of double critting for doubled duration Active - multiply your crit by 1.5/1.75/2 for a few seconds, and increase the crit cap to 300% for a few seconds, and allow for triple critting, allowing for 3 times the normal duration of a crit.
- So overall, a full crit build would make it that you could could give people (about) 6 second damage dots.
- It's a heavy magic damage ADC that will make it so that it's more flexible when you get like, an AD top laner, AD jungler, and an AD mid, you can choose this guy to still be an ADC, but deal out magic damage even heavier than Corki.
