Salis, The Angel of Darknesss (Short verson)

Salis Wields a scythe as her main weapon and hides her wings in a grey illusion cloak which disappears when she uses her ult. she has black wings and hair, her eyes are bright green.

Classes: Assassin / Enchanter (Based off the new subclassing)

Passive: (Working to see if i can find a more fitting passive) Mind Essence: Damage dealt to champions with her basic attacks or her Q, also killing minions gives her stacks of Mind Essence. Next W or E cast consumes all stacks and Deals bonus Damage and an effect/effects based on the amount of stacks (these effects are unique to the spell it is tied to and do stack):

W effect bonuses: Slow, Grounded, Creates a Nightmare whose stats are directly tied to the target’s stats, and only the target can see and interact with the Nightmare (The over time damage is removed).

E effect bonuses: Marked targets yield more Mind Essence stacks/increases regeneration effect, dashes through marked targets with basic attacks/Increases move speed of allies effected by the regeneration, Marks no longer get consumed/removes all CC effecting allies.

Q: Dark Dash: Salis dashes forward stunning the first champion hit briefly dealing AD, up to 1 second after that she can grab the victim with the scythe dealing AD and throw them in a direction, stunning and damaging them only if they hit a wall (the victim hitting a wall does not yield Mind Essence stacks).

W: Nightmare: Salis infuses her target with a nightmare dealing a flat amount plus a percentage of her AP over a period of time, and cutting them off from their team for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds, the target loses all allied vision, teammate’s vision shared by the target, and a percentage of the target’s vision gets reduced.

E: Dark Flourish: Salis Sends forth a wave of Darkness having different effects based on ally or enemy. Ally Effect: Boosts health and mana/energy regen (increases health regen amount if they do not have mana or energy) by an amount for a time. Enemy Effect: Marks each enemy hit with Wrath of Darkness: When she would basic attack the marked target, she deals bonus Magic damage, which consumes the mark.

R: Passive: Approaching Darkness: When unseen by enemy vision for 5 seconds Salis gains a large amount of move speed, this move speed buff ends instantly if she comes in sight range of an enemy tower and ends 2 seconds after she stays in sight of minions/pets or champions. But if seen by a ward she gets notified and it ends in 3 seconds if she stays in sight of the wards (switching ward vision doesn’t refresh the timer).

Active: Angel of Darkness: For 10 seconds she reveals her true form, gaining her passive move speed even while in vision of enemies, and gains increased AD, AP and, AS. Mind Essence stack count gain goes up.

The problem with this is the passive. It feels like it belongs on the q (which makes more sense to me with the interaction). I think a retooled passive could really bring out the character better. Overall rad concept nonetheless.

Pretty cool kit. The theme just seems too cliche. "The angel of Darkness" isn't very interesting. The "Loose Cannon" or The "Curator of The Sands is.
