Lash, The Torturous NightMare

Hey, this just a little Champion idea that i spent some time writing, and I thought it was pretty interesting, so I would like to hear some other people's opinion on this champion. Don't hesitate to put your criticism down below, I want you to! I was kind of going for a High-risk High-Reward champ here, so here he is! (Also, forgive my grammar errors)

Lash: Fighter, Assassin, Top Lane

He is a Demon-Looking guy with a red whip that loves torturing other people, and loves to hear their agony.

The Torturous Nightmare

Passive: Gruesome Joy/Self Harm

Gruesome Joy: Every time Lash Auto-Attacks or uses an ability on an enemy champion or jungle monster, he gains movement speed, stacks up to 5 times. At 5 stacks, it activates, dealing (45% AD) Plus current AA damage as true damage, and healing Lash. Healing depends on Lash’s missing health + amount of damage the activation did. If lash Stops attacking for 3.5 seconds before he gets 5 stacks, the stacks dissipate one every second, and when it reaches zero, Lash is slowed for 1.5 Seconds.

Self Harm: Upon Lash missing an ability, 35% of the damage of the ability is delt to him as magic damage, gives him grievous wounds for 2.5 seconds, and erases all current Gruesome Joy stacks, but you will not be slowed. Lash cannot kill himself with this passive.(sadly)

Q:Whip Storm/Devils Arts Cost: 90/105/115/125/150 Cooldown: 15/13/11/10/8 secs

When Activated, Lash swings his whip around his head twice for 2.5 seconds, dealing 45/55/65/80/100(+30% AD) Physical Damage each time. During whip storm, your Q,W, and E abilities are changed to the three devil arts, which can be activated any time during whip storm. If no ability is used during whip storm, the W will activate.


Q: Devil Art: Whiplash
	Lash strikes his whip in a direction in a long ranged, thin skillshot dealing 90/100/120/150/290(+115% AD)to the first target it hits, and giving Lash an attack speed buff for 4.5 seconds.

W:Devil Art: Agonizing Hurricane
	Lash continues to swing his whip for three more times for 4 seconds, this time slowing those hit for 2 seconds and dealing 70/80/100/120/150(+50% AD) as physical damage each time.

E:Devil Art: Fall of the weak
	Lash sweeps his whip low in a large cone area in front of him, knocking up all enemies in range and dealing 55/60/70/80/90(+40% AP) as Magic damage.

W:Punishing Swipe Cost:75/80/85/90/150 Mana Cooldown:30/25/20/15/10

Lash swings his whip in a cone in front of him Dealing 30/50/80/100/140(+30% AD) and knocking back all enemies in the cone.

E: Battle Scars Cost:90/110/130/150/180 Cooldown:80/70/65/60/55

Passive: Whenever lash kills a jungle monster or minion, he gains one stack. each stack gives him more damage delt to minions and monsters(up to 120 extra damage each hit)(Max 25 stacks) which dies off after 6 seconds of not attacking. At max stacks, every AA also crits on minions and monsters.

Active: Lash fires off a short, thin skill shot that if hit on an enemy champion, applies a Battle Scar. When ever you give an enemy champion a Battle Scar, their armor and magic resist goes down by 3. If Lash misses the skillshot, the battle scar is given to him, but only 2 armor and Magic resist is lost. All Battle Scars goes away when a champion has full health. So if you were to try to give a full health enemy champion a battle scar, it would be negated.

R: Hellacious Calamity Cost:150/200/300 Cooldown:300/350/400 After channeling for 1.5 seconds, lash grabs the middle of his whip, and the whip grows to be twice as long. For the next 5 seconds Lash wildly lashes out and deals 50/75/100(+30% AD) Physical damage to enemies within a 300 unit radius every second. Lash charges in one direction for a long distance (about as big as corki's package W) and knocks up and away all enemy minions and champions he runs through.The champions also take 150/200/250/350(+150% AD) Physical damage when hit by the charge. After 5 seconds Lash is slowed silenced for 4 seconds as he needs to recover from his rage. He also cannot gain Gruesome Joy or Battle Scars passive stacks for 60 seconds afterwards.

Before anything else you need to make the self harm passive less self destructive. all the enemy team has to do is dodge him until he brings himself into killing range

I really like passive q and w, but its like a maniac took over midway and wrote w and r. also its written dealing damage therefore dealt damage not delt.

E: It would be fine if not for being a permanent effect. Hit the enemy squishy a few times and they will have negative resistances. This is complettly broken. Even with the downside of losing a bit himself when he misses its 1 champ with reduced armor on your team and all enemies will probably have reduced armor. Using this against an enemy with low mobility would be even worse.

R: short distance? corkis package w is one of the longest dashes in the game i think, but that is the smallest problem here. True damage. Why does this whole thing deal true damage? it is almost unavoidable damage since he gets double movement speed after his charge, which is long enough that early you close so much distance after the 2 seconds charge that enemies wont have gotten far away if you used that in a complettly obvious way. Then there comes the problem with the damage itself. The first charge damage is ok, considering its hard to hit, but the secondary damage is insane. Do you not own a calculator or are you unable to do math? thats 1540(+350%AD) true damage over 6.5 seconds + a 6.5 second silence so the enemy has no way to escape and since he is unstoppable they cant to anything against him. You know what olaf ult does? He becomes immune to cc for 6 seconds, gains a maximum of 70% movement speed when moving towards enemies and gets a bit ad. This is already a strong ult but its balanced. Now compare that to your ult. You can run in and decimate the enemy team and they cant do anything. If they focues you they will still take a lot of damage and your team will finish them off easily and if they dont focus you they are dead. those 6.5s afterwards makes you an easy kill to pick up but only if there is still an enemy alive. In lane this ability is probably even more broken since there usually is no other enemy nearby to pick up the kill. Overall the R is completely broken and has an insane amount of unhealthy design. It gives the enemy no counterplay except having flash up and not getting silenced which is pretty hard since you will want to use this ult like a fiddle ult and its even unhealthy for you since it leaves you suppresed for 6.5 seconds, but since you are ad just buy qss, since you wont need it to block any enemy cc anyways.
