Riptor, the Hop of Justice
Riptor is a male frog-like champion with his trusty anti-magic marble short bow. He is small, slightly smaller than a yordle even, but his bravery and capabilities are the greatest of all of Runeterra! You don't have to be the biggest and strongest to be a mighty champion, because sometimes the small guy is the most terrifying.
Riptor is a crime fighter, prowling... err hopping... the streets to bring down all evil doers where they stand. His goal is to do his best with keeping the streets of Demacia, his homeland, clean from criminals and keep the nation safe!
He especially dislikes a certain void bug (or just wants to eat him, not entirely sure)...
Riptor is hopping into the fields of justice as a marksman!
Though his base range is very short, he has tricks to make him slippery and allow him to temporarily have the highest attack range in the entire game.
Riptor is meant for advanced players, so not recommended for new players, granting a marksman that requires proper skill to play well and is not simply right-click to win (thought being a marksman, that is still his damage source).

Piercing Arrows (Passive)
Riptor fires his arrows in two different ways:
Mobile Strike: Riptor does not stop his movement while attacking and can attack during his hops. While attacking when mobile, Riptor's attacks fly straight and can be avoided, travelling 450 range and dealing the same damage to every enemy struck.
Minions and monsters are dealt 50% - 100% damage during Mobile Strike.
Stationary Shredder: Riptor aims for the vital weak points of his target while standing still to attack, dealing 90% - 65% physical and 10% - 35% true damage.
Hop (Q)
Static Cooldown: 0.5 / 1 second; Range: Equal to Movement Speed
Riptor hops to the target location. Every 3rd hop becomes stylish, causing every attack to deal 10/25/40/55/70(+15%AD)(+40%AP) bonus physical damage during the hop, stylish hops are twice as long to travel. Hopping resets Riptor's attack timer.
Riptor recovers enough energy to perform 1 hop every 10/8.5/7/5.5/4 seconds, up to a maximum of 3 hops.
High Hop (W)
Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds; Range: 450 units
1st Cast: Riptor hops high into the air for 2 seconds, increasing his attack range to 900 units and becoming immobile. These attacks are all Stationary Shredder.
2nd Cast: After 0.5 second, Riptor can slam to the ground, stunning nearby enemies for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds, but he is dealt 12/14/16/18/20% of his current health in the process.
Slippery Frog (E)
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Mobile Cast: Riptor becomes untargetable for 0.5/0.7/0.9/1.1/1.3 seconds. Standing still removes this effect early.
Stationary Cast: Riptor channels in place to heal himself for 45/90/135/180/225(+30%bAD)(+90%AP) health over 3 seconds. Moving cancels this channel early. Riptor can attack while channeling.
Hero to the Rescue (R)
Cooldown: 180/150/120 seconds; Range: 1400/2200/3000 units
Riptor swiftly dashes to the allied champion, healing it for 150/200/250(+150%bAD)(+100%AP) plus 15% missing health and granting himself 60/90/120% bonus attack speed for 5 seconds.
If Riptor self casts Hero to the Rescue, then 75% of the cooldown is refunded and heals all nearby allies for half of the amount within 700 range, granting himself 40/60/80% bonus attack speed for 5 seconds.
For 5 seconds, Riptor ignores his attack speed limit.
