Completely new brand idea for champion ability(s) (Based on mindswitch, GUI messing)

I have a few ideas I want to propose that may sound a bit far fetched and hard to work but I do believe they could be fairly good ideas for other champs or for some single champ with all these abilities thrown in there and some tweaking to make it balanced.

For my first idea, I would like to have some sort of mind-switch ability. You could go into their body and control all of their actions, use their abilities and summoner spells, but only for a very short duration I imagine; 4 seconds? (I imagine this being an ult) You could make this balanced by perhaps making it so the cast distance is short.

Another way to balance this idea would be in a scenario like this:

Blue Champion (you) casts mindswitch on Red Champion (enemy)

You now can control the champions ss, abilities, movement, etc. for 4s - 5.5s - 7s (maybe even shorter to make it more balanced) then are suddenly thrown back into your body, enemy can also do the same. When you enter the Red Champion's body the Red Team can now target you and kill you but not red turrets. This makes it a really awesome ability as you can comeback from the enemy team's hypercarry getting massively fed, however if you miss and nail a squishy support you dun goofed and the enemy team can insta-kill you.

This also introduces an entirely new way of playing, making yourself perhaps get no CDR and no CDR items as you want to waste all your abilities before you switch into the enemy's body and make sure when they enter your body, they're useless.

For my second idea, an ability that once activated, effects the enemies around them's GUI for their health and abilities (lol this would be uber troll ability). Perhaps they can't see their cooldowns on their abilities, SS cooldown, and their health/mana for a short but annoying duration, 5 > 5.5 > 6 or 4 > 4.5 > 5, whatever may be more balanced, just a concept. This ability wouldn't be an instant hit either, it could be a skillshot of an orb of a cloud or something about orb of confusion or something weird, have a high cooldown, maybe even an ult if it could be a group blind, visually it could create a black border around the screen or smoke.
