[Champion Concept] The man who framed Yasuo

While reading over Yasuo's lore, I found myself wanting to know more. Who is this mysterious individual who killed the Ionian Elder? How are they able to use the same wind techniques as Yasuo? What better place for the two to finally confront each other face to face than the Fields of Justice? This champion could posses techniques similar to those that Yasuo uses, but at the same time unique enough that they are their own champion and not just a carbon copy with a different name.
