Rak'Van The King of the Void (Critiques/suggestions welcome)(Changes being made often)

All Void born creatures are unique. Each possessing a unique attribute. Each craving for something that will truly make them feel complete. This makes one think as to how such creatures come from the void. How can such a mysterious place that warps humans and produces the fiercest of creatures be so distinct. Shouldn't all that come from it's depths be the same? This was a question that was left unanswered for a very long time. There was but one that saw the answer.....Malzahar. His unique gift corrupted him but it wasn't truly his fault. That night in the dessert his gift allowed him to see and hear more than any other human could have....or should have. That night as the essence of void filled his mind and body something else was seared in. A command that said go forth and spread my voice. That command was given by rak'van. He saw the potential that malzahar had and simply gave him a push in the "right" direction. Each thing that the void conceives is special. This is because Rak'Van instills a little piece of himself inside each one. A little bit of his very essence. A piece of everything he is and has. Kog'maw his hunger for power, Kha'zix his constant pursuit of perfection, Malzahar his dark voice, Kassadin his omnipresence in the void, Vel'koz his omniscience, Rek'Sai his power and divine ruling of the void, and Cho'gath his ever growing power. This ensures that a little but of him is spread into the world. Slowly but surely all of his essence will cross over,and when it does he will regain his full power. When this occurs he will be ready to take another realm for himself and all that inhabit runeterra will surely be doomed, but for now he is incomplete.......................................

Base Back animation Rak'Van begins channeling energy in his hands and it begins forming various objects such as a square, leg, head (depends on the times backed) Then hates what he sees and scraps it (disperses energy). Abilities Passive: Rak'Van is fearsome caster of dark magic. He attacks by commands that are absolute. Constant issuing of these commands makes them stronger. Q: After 100 commands aoe area increases by 150 units W: After 50 commands stun increases by.5 seconds E: After 50 Commands width of traveling path and round end increase by 100 units R: After 25 Commands smaller bolt's size increase by 150 units

Q Command: Incinerate (Every cast causes the Alpha symbol float up in flames) Rak' Van summons void flames that consume whatever stands in the targeted area. (Targeting like brands pillar of flame) The flames burn and slow for 3,3.5,4 seconds dealing 60,80,100, 120, 140 magic damage per second (scales with .6 ap ratio) Mana cost: 60, 65, 70, 75, 80 Cooldown 12,11,10,9,8 seconds Range:1000 Size: 220 W Command: Bow (bow down) (When Enhanced the Upsilon symbol floats up in white hue) Rak'Van issues this command through mid range skill shot with a round tip ( can hit multiple enemies). His will is absolute and cannot be resisted. All enemies hit are stunned by his command and bow for for 1,1.25,1.5,1.75, 2 seconds Mana cost: 70,65,60,55,50 mana Cooldown: 18,16,14,12,10 seconds Range:1200 Size:200 E Command: Surge Forth (When enhanced Sigma symbol floats up in Void energy) Rak'Van envelopes himself in void energy and surges forth a moderate distance to a new location dealing 60,80,100,120,140 magic damage to enemies in the path and 100,110,120,130,140 magic damage to his destination. (Scales with .5 ap) (enemies hit by the traveling portion cannot be hit by the destination portion) Mana Cost: 50,55,60,65,70 Cool Down: 9,8.5,8,7.5,7 seconds Range:500 units Size: Same as model width R Command: End (When enhanced Omega symbol floats up in lightning) Summons dark lightning from the the void that strike a medium sized area for 2, 2.5, 3 seconds Dealing 150,200, 250 Magic damage per second (Scales with .5 ap) The attack drops 4 smaller bolts around the edges of a large circle and one large one in the center (X pattern that rotates). Champions in the center take up to 40%increased damage. Mana cost: Lvl 6 150 mana, Lvl 11 130 mana, Lvl 16 110 mana Cool down Level 6 160 seconds,11 130 seconds, 16 100 seconds Range:1100 Size: 300

Q Command Sieze: Rak'Van summons Voidlings that erupt from the ground and snare enemies. This deals 80,90,100,110,120 Magic damage. (.6 ap ratio) Mana cost: 35,40,45,50,50 Cooldown: 11,10,9,8,7 seconds Range:900 Size:220 W Command Go Forth: A void gate rips open releasing 1,1,1,2,2 Void tyrant(s) Void Tyrant have 500 health,25 armor,25 magic resist,325 Movement speed, 90 attack damage, no ap,and an attack speed of .825. Can be killed and prioritize champions within a range of 100 units. Void Tyrant last for 100,110,130,140, 150 seconds health scales plus 25 per ability point, armor increases 10 per ability point, magic resist increases 10 per ability point, movement speed increases 20 per ability level, attack damage increases 5 per ability level. E Command Sacrifice: Summoned void Tyrant bend to Rak'Van's will and detonate where they stand dealing 90,100,110,120,130 (.5 ap ratio) magic damage and slowing all afflicted targets. Royal Rak'Van Has a crown and long cape. Common attire with that of a king Loading screen has him sitting on a throne looking pretentious Back animation:Forms royal cane out of void matter looks at it, is disgusted, than disperses it

Sleepy time Rak'Van Wears a onesy and has a sleeping cap. Also has a clock around his neck to keep time Loading screen has him on a cloud stretching and yawning with one hand while with one hand he lifts the clock from his neck and glances at it with one eye Back animation: Forms a Massive pillow, zooms in an infinity flying pattern, and lands on it. Falls asleep.
