Here's is my idea for a support/jungler. Reaper

Passive: Tormented Grave: Every time reaper gets a assists in a kill he gains 8% of the targets stats for 5 minutes he cannot gain stats of a champion he assisted in a kill in for 5 minutes.

Cool down 11s/10s/9s/8s/7s Q: Soul Exchange: Reaper rips the soul out of a enemy unit or himself dealing 2%/3%/4%/5%/6% (0.8% of his maximum hp) of the targets current health in magic damage. Reaper then can activate this again to heal a unit 2/3%/4%/5%/6% (3.5% per 100ap) of the targets maximum health.

Toggle W: Shroud of Darkness: Reaper creates a small area around himself 275 range and burns 1%/1.5%/2%/2.5/3% of his maximum health a second but reduces damage inside by 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% this damage reduction does not apply to damage done to himself.

Cool down 15s/14s/13s/12s/11s E: Scythe of Death: Reaper turns his staff into a Scythe his auto auto attack range is increased to 90 and his attacks do 2%/4%/6%/8%/10% of the targets missing health in magic damage. And healing every ally and himself for 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% of the extra damage dealt in a range of 275, this lasts for 7 seconds.

Cool down 220s R: The Passage: If 1/2/3 allied champions have died Reaper can active this ability. Reaper channels the power of the underworld for 3 seconds after the channel reaper kills himself and revives all allied champions besides himself with 35%/45%/55% of their health at the location of their death. The revived champions last for 10s/15s/20s.
