upgrades to void staff

A while ago, the last whisper item got two upgrades. But with the new mage update coming out in the next couple of patches. The void staff should get two brand new items (I thought of this 2 minutes before I posted this so names will be bad. put better ones in the comments)

Shurima's demise 40 ability power 45% magic penetration abilities will reduce the targets ability power by 10 or 20 based on if their maximum mana is greater or less than yours

build void staff+Shurima's calling+700 gold (shurima's calling does the exact same thing but half he amount of ap reduction)

void scepter 40 ability power 45% magic pen. increases the amount of damage based on how much A.P the target has

Build Void staff+ void essence+ 700 gold

(void essence does the exact same thing but not as powerful)
