end of rage in game update

disable chat for everyone. Make more ping options with G/V. And make similar to this, but new idea to exchange chat with something like thumbs up options for any players( like gj, your awesome, try harder next time and so on) in chat place for short duration. This idea will or should destroy bad talk, focus players in game , since u won't gonna have to read and players can co-op better and faster with updated ping system.
