It's been 2 years since Udyr has had a new skin, and it's already been shown the amazing potential he has for quality skins. I understand it takes a little bit of extra work with Udyr, but it'd be nice to have another soon!
I would imagine they're holding off because Udyr is quickly speeding into turd territory in terms of his looks. He looks incredibly ancient in this game, and is in dire need of a much more extensive visual overhaul.
He needs a visual rework too, but he already has 4 skins, I think they should give skins to champs that don't have many skins (Taliyah, A.Sol, Kindred, Jhin, Illaoi, Camille, etc.)

I would think it wouldn't take too much brain power to come up with the "Zoodyr" skin, but hey, maybe that's just me.

While ezreal and cait can get around 2-3 skins a year, Udyr him gets no skin in 3 years....
