(Skin Suggestion) White Fairy Bard

I have wanted to post this for quite a long time but I decided to wait for art support. However, I've got none. Now I'm writing this trying to use words to describe what have expected for this skin concept.

As it shows in the picture, he is an old man all in white. He has white hair with a bun. He also has long white eyebrows and mustache and beard. His magic wand is even white. He rides a big (down-to-earth) cloud in stead of walking. He wanders to claim colorful clouds (replace Chimes) which boost speed to his big cloud, which is up higher than norm.

I think Meeps are perfectly replaced with some small clouds flowing around him. They should stick to his cloth a bit like clouds flow near a high mount. When Meep (cloud) supports his attack, it vanishes into smaller smokes or clouds.

His Q binds target to target by hair (or strings) from his magic wand.

With his W, he creates a small pond there gradually sprouts a lotus button 'til it flowers.

His E has a bridge (or rainbow) created with each one (Liss, Cho' and Noc don't have their own cloud) sits or lies on a cloud spinning and gliding though it.

To cast his ultimate, he draws a rainbow to the target position, gilding as usual.

When he channels recall, he sits like original Bard but on the cloud.
