Passive: mutey can take control of any minion. Once he takes one minion he has to die to take control of another. (1-10 second cooldown upon death) He grants the minion 2x attackspeed 0-60+ movespeed. If he dies he only gives 1.5X the amount of gold the minion he controls grants. If he last hits a minion he instantly grants his nearest ally the gold and 20% movespeed. Instead of passive gold generation he gains passive exp generation. Abilities: mutey does not have abilities. Instead all his abilities are to be paid for in shop. Each level of exp is an ability. Rather than getting exp normally mutey gets exp normally from 1-6 then gains a ultimate point before repeating the process.

Each point can be used on any ability except ultimate points. Ultimate points have to be spent on ultimate abilities. Mutey can swap abilities freely whenever he dies.

Ultimate abilities:

DONT YOU DARE CALL US CREEPS. mutey transforms a minion into a superminion. This minion gains 50% movespeed and slows on hit. (90 second cooldown)

Hemolymph for the Hemolymph god.

all minions in the area suicide into a turret dealing damage equal to 50% of their health. This will continue untill all creeps affected by the area are dead. (60 second cooldown)

forWAAARD For 10 seconds all ranged minons become melee and gain the ability to walk through units. During this time minions can leap on their target indefinitely and gain 100% out of combat movespeed. (150 second cooldown)

item 3060

The rest of his abilities should be pretty minor and changed consistantly as mutey suicides.

such as

abilities Humility Mutey gives all nearby minions 10% attackspeed for 2 seconds (10 second cooldown)

Loyalty Send an ally minion to die at the target location dealing 50-250 damage 200% to creeps (100-30 second cooldown.)

Leadership make half a wave of minions target whoever you target. (60 second cooldown. Can gain more minions on higher levels).

Diplomacy Make a minor jungle camp push a lane (cannot be controlled).

This would probably be overpowered but Id like to see more fun champions rather than more balanced champions.
