Champ concept refined “KALLEN; BEARER OF THE RUIN SHARD”

I already posted the concept for the champ and the abilities, but I added specific numbers and ratios, please enjoy and give me any suggestions.

Base stats Health: 587+56 per level Health regen: 8.6+1.3 per level Attack speed: 0.69+0.09 per level Movement speed: 330 AD: 71+4 per level Armour: 32+3 per level MR: 34+1.5 per level

Passive; world ruin power relief (cooldown; 20 seconds) After 20 seconds, Kallen’s next ability becomes empowered by the power of a world ruin. If Kallen fails to relieve the power of the world ruin after 7.5 seconds, his next basic attack deals 30/60/120/150/180/210/240/270/300 + 25% of Kallens bonus AP as bonus magic damage, consuming the empowerment. Basic attacking reduces this cooldown by 1 second.

Q; ruin collapse (cooldown; 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 seconds, costs 50/60/70 mana)

After a short delay (0.33 seconds), Kallen slams his ruin mace in a target direction, dealing 80/135/190/250/310 + 50% of Kallens bonus AP as AP damage in a small AOE, and slowing enemies near the center of the impact by 30/40/50/60/70% for 1 second. If empowered, the damage (100/150/215/290/360 + 75% of Kallens bonus AP) and AOE size are increased, and enemies caught in the center are stunned for 1 second.

W; weight of the world (cooldown; 16.5/15/13.5/12/10.5 seconds, costs 40/45/50/55/60 mana)

Passive; Kallen gains 8/13/19/24/29 armour and magic resistance

Active; Kallen ciphens the power of the world ruin, dealing 20/35/50/65/80 + 35% of Kallens bonus AP as magic damage around his body every 0.5 seconds for 3 seconds, and if Kallen kills a minion, monster, or champion during the active restores a small portion of his health and mana (1/1.5/2/2.5/3% of Kallens max health and mana) . If empowered, Kallen gains a shield worth 7.5/10/12.5/15/17.5% of his max health during the duration, also, the damage is increased (35/50/70/85/100 +40% of Kallens bonus AP).

E; world ruin rush (cooldown; 12 seconds, costs 70 mana)

Kallen dashes a short distance (300 units), empowering his next basic attack. This empowered basic attack deals 50% of Kallens bonus AP + 10% of the target’s max health as bonus magic damage and slows the target by 50% for 1 second. If empowered, Kallen dashes further (500 units), and causes the empowered basic attack to deal 70% of Kallens bonus AP + 15% of the target’s max health as True damage to the target, and heals Kallen for 50% of the damage dealt.

Ult; world ruin tectonic slam (cooldown; 120/100/80 seconds, costs 150 mana)

Kallen charges the power of the world ruin shard for up to 3 seconds, slowing himself by 75%, then he leaps to a targeted location (up too 700 units if charged for 3 seconds), dealing 100-230/185-400/360-680 + 5%-30% of Kallens bonus AP as magic damage in an AOE. Depending on how long the ability is changed for, the AOE becomes larger, and if charged for 2 seconds or more, enemies in the AOE are pulled towards Kallen. If empowered, Kallen will blink to the location instead (must charge for at least 0.5 seconds), and will slow all enemies hit by 75% for 1.5 seconds (this slow will apply after enemies are pulled towards Kallen).

little to much health gain per level maybe more like 50-60 health but the rest seems pretty good.

I realize now that the kit resembles Poppy a lot, with a hammer slam, an ability that passively grants tank stats with an active that makes an AOE around you, a gap closer, and a chargeable ult. Well, that’s a quintessence.

too much "world" and "ruin" and "world ruin"
