I thought that rito hasn't given Vi a skin that expresses her as a tank as such, i really like officer and neon but i think full metal or some name along those lines would suit her better. It's my first digital art so it doesn't look that good but you can get the idea from what it should loo like.

Imagine if vi got a big siser looking skin but with a drill instead of a needle. Imagine her q being the drill dash. Just call it deep sea vi and you've got a new skin.
Sadly this also would end the annie + naut = big daddy & little sister skin combo wombo.
Because she isn't even a tank to begin with?
EDIT: Or are you just referring to the idea of giving her a skin that has a more weighty feel? Then by all means, cool with me.
