Tribute Skin

My favorite character by far is Zac and he resembles Flubber like crazy from the movie staring Robin Williams. I was thinking that he should get a skin similar to "Definitely not Blitzcrank" which would have the round glasses Robin Williams wore along with the red and white polka dot bow tie. Add that in with a suit and some suspenders and It would be a neat skin for Zac and a tribute to a great actor.
