Riven Heartseeker skin ?
I was thinking we should have riven in the heartseeker family, I mean why not they could make her sword like With a heart at the bottom of the handle and the rest of the sword like black and pink

Isn't the Heartseeker line for champions with arrow-weapons? (Vayne, Ashe, Varus)
If anything I'd give the next one to Quinn.
This honestly doesn't deserve the down votes its getting D: , I mean it may not necessarily be called Heartseeker, but a valentine skin for Riven would be rather nice. I mean we have the Sweetheart mages, and the Heartseeker Marksmen, perhaps the Lovestruck fighters, or something along those lines?

Or we can give a skin to someone who deserves one and not someone with 4 skins.

good idea,,, for next year... also maybe not Heartseeker (those usually with ranged arrow or gun) name but maybe Sweetheart (like Annie)
