AP Marksmen Concept Idea

I often see the item Nashor Tooth not used at all other than on Azirs and every blue moon a Diana. A way to make this item more important and used would be to release a Marksmen, who unlike most marksmen, will be AP not AD. There is only two AP-ish (but not really) Marksmen, Corki and Ezreal. It would be neat if you guys could create this champion, because it would add uniqueness to League of Legends and it would create team comps that would have to deal with an AP marksmen. Their ability should not look like a mages, but more like a Marksmen similar to Vayne or Lucian. This would exaggerate the idea the person is a Marksmen and not a mage. Thanks!

Nashor's Tooth item 3115 is a very niche item that applies to those who would build attack speed and AP. Aside from Azir Corki and the occasional Diana and Ezreal , it's a nice item for our favorite yordle ( Teemo ) as well. An old build that I'm not sure even exists anymore used to be item 3151 item 3085 item 3124 item 3089 item 3006 for the on-hit effects.

I used to take it on Sona when I played mid, so I could spam abilities and get some bonus on hit damage with each passive. I can see it pairing well with a Rageblade on Ezreal, or maybe by itself on Zoe with her passive. If Kog still has AP scalings, this item might be good with him. As for most other Marksmen though? Not many of them have viable AP scalings to make items like this work well. It's a niche item for specific team comps.

Maybe not the most OP item out there, but it sure as hell is fun!
