Dabora (The Knight of Wrath)
Lore- There was once a weak girl in the town of ( ). She would always dream of being strong and valiant, like the champions in the League of Legends! She started to train under a legendary knight, but one day he left her without a word. The girl had thought the knight left because she was too weak. She hated him since then and has trained by herself to this day. What little techniques and principles the knight had taught the girl were poisoned, riddled with evil. She now joins the League of Legends to show everyone how strong she really is.
(This whole champ is really technical and hinges heavily on this passive.)
Passive:** Loadout of Battle** -Armor of Battle: Dabora's armor breaks of piece by piece due to all the damage. Speeding her up and lowering her armor with each fallen part. [The pieces fall off when you go under a certain amount of HP for the designated piece. They do not regenerate with your health. The armor is reset upon recalling or entering your well. There are 3-5 pieces.] (Dabora is granted 25 armor at full armor set losing 5 for each missing piece of armor. Upon falling below 30% of her maximum HP, Dabora switches to her Sword of Battle. She gains 5 movement speed for each missing piece. She )
-Greataxe of Battle: Dabora uses this weapon until she falls below 30% maximum HP. (Dabora's basic attacks are 5% slower but deal (1.5%) increased damage.)
-Sword of Battle: Once Dabora falls under 30% maximum HP, she drops her Battleaxe of Battle and equips her longsword. [It says Dabora drops her axe here, however there is another way to get rid of the axe and still keep her armor.] (Dabora's attack speed is 10% faster and has +15 armor pen.)
Q: Backswing (No cost) -Active: Dabora jumps forward and surprises her opponents with a swift backswing. -Greataxe of Battle: Dabora does {60/80/100/120/140 (+20%/25%/30%/35%/40% AD)} physical damage and slows for 20% for 1 second. (9 second cooldown on all ranks.)
-Sword of Battle: Dabora swings twice and does {35/60/85/110/135 (+75% AD)} physical damage for the first swing and {100/200/300} pysical damage for the second swing. The first swing applies on hit effects. (9 seconds/ 7 seconds/ 5 seconds)
W: Frustration (100 fury) 16 seconds/12 seconds/9 seconds
-Passive: Dabora gains fury for every hit she takes (not affected by minions) and decrease if she has not taken damage for 5 seconds. If Dabora reaches 100 fury she stay at 100 until she uses frustration or kills a unit. Dabora deals 2% increased damage at 100 fury.
-Active: Dabora yells out in frustration dealing {60/90/120/150/180 (+40% AP)} magic damage and heals her for a % of each missing piece of armor up to a max of 500.
E: Tainted Code (no cost) 30 seconds/25 seconds/20 seconds
Active: Dabora shows the results of her training increasing her AD by 20% for 10 seconds. Unit kills during this time grant her +1/+3/+5/+6/+7 max HP, large minions and large monsters grant her +3/+5/+7/+9/+11 max HP.
R: Act of Rage (50 fury) (100 fury) 110 seconds/90 seconds/70 seconds
Active: Dabora unleashes her fury in 1 of 3 devastating attacks.
50 Fury -Greataxe of Battle: Dabora throws her greataxe a certain distance dealing {130/160/190 (+ 100%/120%/140% AD)} physical damage and slowing all enemies in the center by 60% for 1.5 seconds.
50 Fury -Sword of Battle: Dabora chucks her longsword in a certain direction sticking into the first enemy champion it hits and causing them to bleedout for 5 seconds and giving Dabora +50%/60%/70% movement speed for 3 seconds. If Dabora basic attacks the champion that is still in the bleedout, the bleedout will be extended for an extra 2 seconds. This may stack up until bleedout ends. [bleedout deals 12-30 (based on level) (+20% AD) physical damage.]
-note: I'm not sure I worded this right, but basically when Dabora lands her sword she gets the movement speed buff and the enemy champion bleedsout. However, if she attacks the enemy that is in bleedout before it ends then it extends the duration for an extra 2 seconds stacking up infinitely. But once the bleedout reaches 0, then she cannot extend it any more unless she ults again.
100 Fury -Dabora gains 60%/70%/80% movement speed, is unable to attack, is immune to cc and keeps her armor regardless of how much HP you lost for the next 5 seconds. Once the duration ends, Dabora then swings her weapon around her and deals 300/400/500 true damage after a short delay. Dabora is slowed by 90% for 1 second after the strike is done.
(Sorry for the wall of text.)
Notes- Basically Dabora is a juggernaut that turns into brawler in the middle of a fight. A reverse
if you think about it. It may seem weird but her kit is not meant for her to wins fights but rather to discourage them. Her E is probably the weirdest, I was thinking, "If her armor falls off on her missing health. Then she should have something to naturally gain some max HP." I started realizing that this was reminiscent to the old
. Her Q is her primary source of damage, other than her abundant steroids. It works like a mixture of
's lunge and
's ruthless predator. However it is a skill shot in the shape of a cone and is possible to miss. The W is super important. Once she gets a natural weapon change, she would still be under 30% HP. Using W as soon as you change would act like a buffer, sorta like how you would heal immediately after
's ult. In my opinion, the ult is very bad in multiple ways. (1. It is too strong in most cases and 2. It offers too many possibilities.) The 50 fury greataxe variant is basically a damaging
ult. The 50 fury longsword variant is basically a "1v1 me" skill and the 100 fury variant is just ridiculous. I envision her running through the enemy team like Olaf and doing a super strong aoe once she passed them. After looking it over multiple times, I can't tell if it is bad or ok. Her armor is the most interesting about her in my opinion. It allows for a smooth laning phase and clutch team death match wins while still balancing her weaknesses and strengths. Another interesting thing to know is that I got the idea of Dabora from the Legend of Zelda franchise. More specifically the Iron knuckles.
What do you guys think? I don't have any artwork, just the visions in my head. This is a really nice idea, I can feel it. She just needs a few pushes in the right direction. Also feel free to question the ratios, I am not that well at deciding how much damage is not op or not weak.
