Truth Syndra owns Veigar

I mained veig before his rework. Syndra always beat him in lane because she could bully him out of lane and still had enough burst to delete him if his health was a bit lower.

I was thinking to start playing Veigar more often, but seems kinda difficult to play him. Requires the mid to be AP and stack up Q. While other midlaners dont need that much atention.

But this is silver...
