Program / Hacker Taliyah

So Taliyah is long overdue a new skin its been 4 years since her release and all shes had is the eSports skin for SSG (which can we really count? seen as its often used as an excuse for Kai'sa having so many so close together "eSports skins dont count")

so heres my idea and expansion on the program skin line (which im sure has already been planned but i can pray)

Legendary skin Voice lines mocking alot of the popular champions, wanting vengence for being neglected as she has been (its been like a year with no balance updates at time of writing) Q, places a texture down for the worked ground that looks like she has ripped the textures of the game away from the map (either wireframe, or that horrid looking grey) W, doesnt need to be anything to special, could give the green colour scheme used for the program skins E, ill be honest, its hard to think of anything to special for this, much like the W R, Ok so im thinking a big wall, of old assets from old rift, old reworks, old events, maybe even dominion and treeline ;) (bonus points for magma chamber haha)

Bonus voice line for the ult: "Hey look at all the spaghetti code"

the overall aim for the feel of the skin, breaking the 4th wall, shes aware that shes waited as long as she has without skin (even aurelion sol got one in less time and he was the forever delayed champ) giving the character a resentment of champions such as Akali, Kai'sa, Lux. the main emotion we want to express is the salt, make the skin a true nod to everything that is league, lightly poking fun at the community and even riot

let her be the embodiment of all those people crying that riot only care about the money, hell even work it into one of the jokes
