Yordle ideals do not match noxian ideals, therefore they would never work together.

Not all yordles are demacian. I imagine some like veiger could join noxus.

Yordle's are, by nature, flimsy, social and peace loving, while Noxians are pretty much the opposite. Noxus also has a record of being racist towards them (Veigars torture at the hand of Noxians).

That said a yordle coming from Noxus isn't impossible, but he/she should feel Noxian, by virtue of characterisation and gameplay.

Since this race and nation mix so badly you need a good amount of design skills to create a coherent champion, which is why I wouldn't recommend to try to create it unless you feel really confident. Which might have come off as being against the idea entirely.

We have the Noxian Poppy skin. Does that count?

Because Riot hasn't written one that does yet.

There are certain rough characteristics of yordles that make them predisposed to dislike Noxian ideals, but Yordles are not all alike. Hell they're also supposed to hate being alone yet Teemo seems to thrive by himself.

There's nothing stopping a yordle from finding something they like in Noxus in theory other than Riot not making one yet.

I just wouldn't really hold my breath for any Noxian yordle coming soon. If anything the more recent yordles seem to have even more emphasis on being "cute" than before, so, if that frame of concept continues I doubt it will lead Riot to make a Noxus yordle.
