Mikey and the Charge Cannon
Learning to utilize new and advanced forms of hextech technology within Piltover, Mikey creates his own specialized weapon to one day become a mighty champion of Runeterra!
Mikey is a very bear-like vastayan. Though he is capable of performing magic, he has not the know-how to use it as he was never exposed to it when he was young.
Mikey is Mega Man. You don't need any more description than that.
Attack Range: 600 units Movement: 330 units per second Attack Speed: 1.000 +0% per level Attack Damage: Average Resource: A Charge Metre, it is percentage based
Note: Mikey has no true cooldowns, his only restriction is his charge.
Hextech Buster (Passive):
Mikey uses a specialized weapon that can either shoot very fast at low damage or charge up for a powerful shot based on his Charge Metre. Attacks and abilities consume his Charge Metre, varying in power based on the charge consumed.
Mikey's damage from his basic attacks deal between 50% to 150% damage for all damage associated with it based on the charge consumed. Non-champions are dealt 1.5 times damage.
Mikey has a Charge Metre that charges up over time, charging faster with bonus attack speed and cooldown reduction.
(All abilities have a 0.5 second lock-out time before being able to be cast again.)
Mega Blast (Q):
Range: 1050 units
Mikey unleashes a powerful shot in the target direction, dealing between 0(+0%AP) to 110/160/210/260/310(+140%AP) magic damage to enemies it passes through based on its charge. The more powerful the charge, the bigger the shot is.
Fast Charge (W):
Radius: 600 units
Toggle Off: Mikey makes the charge regeneration increase from bonus attack speed and cooldown reduction 20/40/60/80/100% better. Not attacking or casting abilities for 2 seconds will increase the total charge rate by 40/80/120/160/200%.
Toggle On: Mikey's abilities cannot consume charge, dealing their minimum damage and regenerating 15/20/25/30/35% charge. Attacks cannot critically strike or apply on hit effects neither.
Passive: Switching between toggles will consume Mikey's charge and stun nearby enemies between 0 to 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds based on the charge consumed. Stunning the same target again within 6 seconds will half the stun time.
(Fast Charge is disabled during Rapid Fire.)
Power Slide (E):
Hold: Mikey slides toward the mouse cursor at 150% increased movement speed, consuming 25/22/19/16/13% charge every 0.25 second.
Rapid Fire (R):
Range: 1000 units
Hold: Mikey doubles his total attack speed and uncaps his attack speed, firing his attacks toward the mouse cursor in a straight line, damaging the first enemy in their path. Each attack fired consumes 15/10/5% charge.
Mikey becomes rooted in place and cannot generate charge during Rapid Fire.
