The new Teemo skin is priced at 1820RP, and it beautiful. It has new voice over and ability animations and recall animation.

The Magnificent Twisted Fate is a legacy skin that was 1820 RP, but it has no new particle effects, animations or dialogue. It does not feel special or Magnificent compared to a 520 RP skin.

I own this skin, and whenever I play Twisted Fate, I can take pride in my contribution to riot games, and how rare my skin is, but it is extremely lacking in quality compared to other skins.

When Twisted Fate got his VU, there weren't really a standard on how the skins were suppose to be made.

Upon release, Firefighter Tristana was just a remodel with a high price (+ auto attack particle), and now it actually has particles for every ability + auto attack.

If Twisted Fate would ever get another VU, I can imagine his legendary skin getting more into the standards of Legendary skins overall.
