Saloon Owner Bard/High Noon Bard

Imagine Bard as a Bar Tender, serving drinks at a Saloon, part of the High noon skin family. Bard's Chimes would be of empty mugs of beer, his Meeps would be of Ghosts [because they are the spirits that liven the spirit that he serves, (XD, que the laugh track for the alcohol pun)]. Bard's Q would make his shots look like Boos hitting the enemy, Bard's W would make his shrine form a mug of beer (filled) and the pad below the beer look like wood, and Finally, Bard's E and R would make his portal and immobilize bomb have a mug of beer being raised as the pattern for such spells. I am curious on riot's and everyone's opinion on this skin idea.
