Nautilus Skin Idea for Halloween

The Hook (Folklore based), would be dressed like him. He would look like a sailor in black, but his eyes can be only seen through the slit.( which would glow). His hook would show on his character ( Right Hand, it would still posses the same attributes as his anchor.Since is from the ocean he would have a few barnacles on his clothing and some seaweed too.) P.s. if anyone could draw an exaple that would be awesome, since I like artistic expertise.
