Dear Riot First I've always wondered, why do you not have custom game boarders for the areas around your abilities and maps in game. I feel like this would be a really cool addition to your store. You could have simple ones such as colored borders for what rank you're in that you can turn off, all the way to complex ones, for instance, steampunk or a druid type border. It might be too distracting but you could have things move such as when an ability is leveled up the border does something.

I personally would thing this is really cool and was wondering if any other players agreed.

Second and i know this would be exceptionally if not impossible to do. I think that you should have a competition in which players are allowed to design champions and send them in. Every account is allowed one entry. Then over several months a voting system goes into actions in which every person is allowed to vote. The way I envisioned this was that you log into vote and then you are presented with 5 random concepts and you pick which one of the five you like best. You repeat this 5 times. Then the next week the top ten percent as put through the same system. This continues to happen until you, Riot get to select the concept you think might work, and then release your choice at the next worlds. I am fully aware that this will probably never ve a thing, and that it would probably too difficult but i thought it was a cool idea.
