A new champion concept
I've been kicking around the idea of another assassin/support since I saw Pyke's announcement. And after getting to play him and see what makes him special I have an idea for adding another assassin/support to the roster. I kind of wanted to push the support side of the combo to the absolute extreme. Fair warning I don't actually have raw stats in the form of numbers because I can never gauge what is or isn't broken.
Lore: I don't have much in the way of lore for the character, I know I want him to be from Noxus though. Help to round out the diversity of champs from the lands of Runeterra. I don't even have a name for him yet, so I'll just use a place holder (Lancer)
Passive: Lancer converts all bonus AD/AP into bonus range on abilities. (explained on abilities)
Q: Lancer sends out a wave in front of him (skillshot) that weakens all enemies it passes through, increasing damage taken by all sources. Passive Interaction: Increase the length of the skillshot not its's width. (will have some kind of visual representation so everyone knows who's marked.)
W: Lancer places a totem on the map after a short delay the totem becomes invisible. The totem functions similarly to a Shaco trap, only it doesn't cause damage but keeps the fear and can be used for vision. Passive Interaction: Increases the vision range granted by the totem, but the range for causing the fear remains the same.
E: Lancer dashes forward granting nearby allies decaying MS, and Attack Speed. Passive Interactions: Increases the range in which allies gain the buff. (Yeah its basic but, hey everyone loves bonus MS and AS)
R: Passive effect: Lancer gains camouflage (will be broken by any action taken and have a short delay before returning.) Active: Lancer becomes invisible gaining bonus MS. Passive Interaction: Instead of increasing anything adding bonus AD/AP will reduce the base range of his camouflage. Not to a point where he might as well be permanently invisible that would be terribly OP.
Conclusion: This is my first time coming up with a champion for this game, and I know I'm missing a lot of the all important details that make a champion either God tier, or Hot Trash Garbage. But I hope the skeleton is there, if you have any suggestion by all means I'd love to hear them. Oh and if you're wondering I intentionally gimped him in the damage department, he has none. There isn't supposed to be any damage inherent in his kit, or any form of scaling that isn't caused by leveling his abilities. Is that a terrible idea....don't know but I'd love to see it play out.
