Zelos Champion Concept
Hello community, my friend and me were working on a champion concept for Irelia's brother in her lore, Zelos. At first, it was like a joke idea, but then we got in-depth and created him to be an AP bruiser/teamfighter with a three-step-ultimate activation that requires preparation, as well as a hidden passive. There are the spells
Name : Zelos, the Blade Spiritualist
(Hidden Passive - If Zelos Kills an enemy Irelia, Zelos gains the normal kill gold + 15, and says the following line : You have grown a lot, little sister, but still not enough to defeat me)*
Passive : Enchanted Blade – Each of Zelos's basic attacks against large monsters and enemy Champions give him a stack of Blade Dance (max 10, 4 second decay). After Zelos reaches 10 stacks, he gains 15/25/35 True damage on hit (at levels 1/9/18), for 4 seconds. Zelos cannot overstack Blade Dance, and after the stacks expire, Zelos has decreased damage on all of his abilities by 15/12.5/10% while this passive is on cooldown (5 second cooldown after the effect ends)
Q : Blade Link (70 mana at all levels) (14/12.5/11/9.5/7 sec cooldown)
Zelos empowers his blade with magical aura, giving his next 3 auto attacks additional attack speed (10/12.5/15/17.5/20%) and Magic Damage on hit (+0.3 AP scaling). The spell cooldown starts after his 3rd attack has connected to the target.
W : Spirits Collide (450 units range) (70/65/60/55/50 mana) (12/11/10/9/8 sec cooldown) (0.5 AP scaling)
Zelos slashes forth with his blade, unleashing multiple spirit blades in a cone, dealing 50/80/110/140/170 Magic Damage to all enemies in the area
E : Elusive Strike (40/45/50/55/60 mana) (14/13/12/11/10 sec cooldown)
Zelos throws his blade in a direction. When the blade collides with an enemy, it applies an Elusive Mark. Zelos can then relocate to a target marked enemy, consuming the mark, dealing 30/40/50/60/70 magic damage and applies a stun for (1/1.25/1.50/1.75/2) seconds. Zelos can relocate at only one marked enemy at a time. If the blade doesn't hit any enemy, half of its cooldown and mana cost are refunded
R : Spiritual Enforcement/Enfeeble/Rebound (50/75/100 mana on each cast) (150/125/100 sec cooldown)
Zelos passively gains 10/15/20% Tenacity
First activation - Spiritual Enforcement : Zelos creates a zone around himself (450/500/550 AoE range) where allies gain 25/30/35 bonus Armor and 30/35/40 Magic Resist.
Second activation - Enfeeble : Zelos roots himself (must be in Spiritual Enforcement zone!) and steals enemies's Armor and Magic Resist standing on the Spiritual Enforcement zone for 3 seconds, based on Zelos's AP (5 units for each 50 points of Ability Power, capped at 30 Armor and Magic Resist /300 AP/)
Third activation - Rebound : Zelos launches himself to a straight direction, dealing damage equal to the amount of Armor and Magic Resist he stole from enemy Champions (+0.2 AP) and knocking every enemy unit aside, slowing them by 30% for 1 second

Health : 670.4 (+75 growth)
Armor : 27.7 (+3.60 growth)
Magic Resist : 30.1 (+3.81 growth)
Mana : 560 (+85 growth)
Attack Damage : 61.245 (+2.8 growth)
Attack Speed : 0.62 (+3% growth)
Attack Range : 125
Movement Speed : 340
Health Regeneration : 9.46 (+0.71 growth)
Mana Regeneration : 6.58 (0.75 growth)

- The same hidden passive can be added to Irelia, after killing an enemy Zelos, but the line is more different - "I have come to surpass you, big brother"
