[Character Concept] Galt the Courageous Medic

GALT THE COURAGEOUS MEDIC

Passive: Exploding particles Galt’s basic attacks are replaced with Exploding particles that deal no damage on impact but stick to the target for 15 seconds. When allied Champions deal damage to these targets, the particles explode, dealing Galt’s attack damage + 2.5% of the allied Champion’s attack damage. The particles can stack up to four times on the same target, with a 1.5 second cooldown on a target whose particles just exploded. If the four stacked particles explode, they deal 10 – 120 (based on level) (+20/30/40% AD) bonus magic damage and the target is knocked back.
Q spell: Tactical retreat Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana Cooldown: 10 seconds Effect radius: 200 Galt shoots his exploding particles on the ground to make him jump backwards up to 500 units. The blast hits all enemies in a 200 unit radius, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+30% AD) physical damage and applying two particles. Tactical retreat can also be used to break crowd control. If it does, Tactical Retreat's cooldown is increased by 5 seconds.
W spell: Medic! Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds Range: 650 Galt fires particles at a targeted allied Champion, healing for 40/60/80/100/120 (+15% AD) and applying 20/30/40/50/60 (+40% armor) bonus armor for 8 seconds. If the targeted allied Champion is defeated while he is affected by Medic!, Galt can activate the ability again to revive him at 40% of his max health. Reviving an ally increases Medic!'s cooldown by 20 seconds.
E spell: Go for it! Cost: 75 mana Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds Range: 650 Angle: 90° Galt fires particles in a cone shape. Enemies hit are applied two Exploding particles and allied Champions hit gain 10/16/22/28/34 (+30% AD) bonus attack damage and 25% bonus attack speed for 8 seconds.
R spell: All in! Cost: 150 mana Cooldown: 100 seconds Range: 1200 First ring: 0-300 Second ring: 300-600 Third ring: 600-900 Fourth ring: 900-1200 Effect radius: 300 Galt goes all in and mixes all of his remaining particles into a bomb that grows the further it goes. When it explodes, everyone caught in the blast gets the buffs and debuffs from Galt's other abilities (allied Champions are healed and get bonus armor, AD and attack speed, and enemies have Exploding particles stuck to them). The effects change depending on the range of the cast.
In the first ring, allied Champions are healed 20/30/40 (+10% AD), receive 10/15/20 (+25% armor) bonus armor, 4/6/8 (+20% AD) bonus attack damage and 10% attack speed for 6 seconds. Enemies get 1 stack of Exploding particles.
In the second ring, allied Champions are healed 30/40/50 (+15% AD), receive 15/20/25 (+25% armor) bonus armor, 6/8/10 (+20% AD) bonus attack damage and 10% attack speed for 7 seconds. Enemies get 2 stacks of Exploding particles.
In the third ring, allied Champions are healed 40/50/60 (+20% AD), receive 20/25/30 (+25% armor) bonus armor, 8/10/12 (+20% AD) bonus attack damage and 10% attack speed for 8 seconds. Enemies get 3 stacks of Exploding particles.
In the fourth ring, allied Champions are healed 50/60/70 (+25% AD), receive 25/30/35 (+25% armor) bonus armor, 10/12/14 (+20% AD) bonus attack damage and 10% attack speed for 9 seconds. Enemies get 4 stacks of Exploding particles.
Galt cannot use this spell to revive allied Champions. Once Galt has used All in!, his other abilities go on cool down for a fixed 15 seconds, including his passive ability.
“Galt has always wanted to fight for his country of Demacia. However, he doesn't know how to battle. No matter how much training he did, he could never defeat his comrades, especially his childhood friend Garen. That is when he made the decision that if he could not fight with his friends, he would make sure they were not injured. He threw himself into his studies in order to become a healer. However, during a particularly bloody battle where he could not help in time, he realized that he was to far away from the fight and that he needed to be on the battlefield. It was while he was researching of ways to do so that he invented a new kind of particle, which he called Demacian particle. Each type has different properties, like healing or buffing, but the most interesting ones where particles that could stick to objects. While they did nothing by themselves, Galt found out that if enough force was applied to them, they would explode. He immediatly set to work on designing gauntlets that would allow him to harness the power of these particles and an armor that would protect him while he was in the field. Now, Galt is one of Demacia's most loyal soldiers and has been a part of every major battle. He even followed Garen to the League of Legends. It is almost impossible to see Garen without his friend behind him making sure he doesn't get hurt.”
“Most of the time, when fighting breaks out, healers will be found in the back of the army, tending to the injured. That is not the case for Galt. You can usually find him right in the middle of the action.” Garen

Galt is a tall man that wears a white and blue armor. Hanging from his shoulders is a long white lab coat and over it, on his back, are three glowing canisters, black (exploding), white (healing) and blue (buff), containing his particles. These containers have tubes coming out of them that are connected to Galt's gauntlets. Each gauntlet has holes in its knuckles that allow him to shoot the particles like a shotgun. Galt has black hair and wears a golden mask that protects his mouth and nose.
Galt is full support character. He is essential to the fight but he literately can't do anything by himself. His only source of damage is his Tactical retreat, but that is more of an escape move than a damaging one. While is R can be very OP, it balances with the fact that he can't do anything afterwards, making it a 4v5 fight for the enemy team. Because he cannot do anything, he has a lot of health, regen and armor but has a slightly lower movement speed than other Champions. Having secondary effects to abilities that increase their cooldown is interesting because it forces the player to make choices like reviving an ally or healing multiple others. As a support main, I have been looking for a character that would focus solely on helping his allies and not even think of attacking the enemy.
