Champion concept Hei, The Black Reaper

Appearance Hei Wears a mask with a red slit for the mouth and a purple lightning bolt over the right eye, a black trench coat with a swamp green inside, Black leather gloves, Black boots that go just below the knees, Navy blue pants, a belt with blades and wires that can be fired from the arm and a Navy blue tank top. Lore Hei was once with a secret society known only as 'The Syndicate'. However when he discovered their true plan to wipe out all of his kind the contractors he betrayed them. him and his team took out a great number of their operatives when they were cut loose. But not all of them made it out the human assigned to his team named Huang died to help his team mates escape Without his sacrifice the entire team would've been destroyed. Hei took their doll named Yin into hiding never staying in one place for more than a day. But you can never hide from The Syndicate they were found they barely got out alive thanks to Yin's specter they could always see the enemies before they were in view. They were one step ahead at all times until they came to a place without water they were completely in the dark about what's ahead as Yin's specter can only appear in water and Hei had to hold her hand the whole way as she was blind. unfortunately they didn't hear code name August 7 sneaking up on them he activated his contract and shot Yin but by the time he reloaded he was in combat with Hei every time he thought he landed a hit 7 activated a distortion field around himself making his blade phase right through him. Eventually Hei got fed up with it and threw his trench coat at him as it landed on him he charged stabbing him in the head. Months Later He was tracked down by the syndicate this time they brought enough troops to make sure he was killed but he never goes down without a fight and he didn't plan to die he- his thoughts were cut off by a blade through the back as he fell to his knees he saw The Syndicate's assassin raise his blade and thrust it down then Darkness as he awoke he could feel nothing except anger and the need to avenge himself by destroying The Syndicate piece by piece.

Abilities

1. Passive: Experience: Hei dodges all damage for one second after engaging in combat 30 second cooldown
2. Q: Knife throw/Pull: Knife throw Hei throws a knife in a target direction if it hits an enemy it does 60/70/80/90/100 +.5% AD physical damage and sticks to a target 15/12/9/6/3 second cooldown Pull Hei can dash to an enemy with a knife stuck to them kicking them doing 80/100/120/140/160 physical damage and knocking them back 300 units. Energy - 25 then 50
3. W: Darkness: Hei becomes invisible for 3 seconds his next attack will do bonus physical damage equal to .25/375/50/625/75% AD 18/16/14/12/10 second cooldown. Energy - 50
4. E: Electric Jump: Hei jumps to a target location if he hits an enemy champion he gains 50% bonus attack speed and deals 20/40/60/80/100 +.1% AP Magic Damage 22/19.5/17/14.5/12. Energy - 50
5. R: Electrocute: Hei blinks to a target and supresses them for three seconds then deals 200/400/600 +2.0% AD magic damage to one target. Energy - 200
