Ide for league of legends

I do not know if I'm in the right place to write this. If so, Riot should do a contest for all players (1 per server could be selected). My idea would be that riot offer to the winner of each server with an account everything (rune, run page, skin and champion present and future). It would be a good commercial asset. While providing a pleasant enough comtpe for players. If you do not like my idea, and I can understand, because I myself am not sure, please respectfully called it. thx
