new rune and mastery

for the new upcoming rune and mastery update, one new thing i think riot should add should be a new support rune called paradox spree where when the support gets a certain number of coins ( every 250 coins lets say) gets this item where it takes the place of the ward box ( like rift herald) and when activated, it can increase all of ur allies or nearby allies ( idk which one) ability power, attack power, and attack speed by 15 % which would only last for 40 sec or until they are slain
