A very young girl snow bunny? Sounds like a vastayan from the Freljord! Meet Frozzie the happy little girl in the frozen, tundra wastelands, hopping, skipping through the snow and sliding around the snow drifts, bringing wintry cheer to a place that would otherwise have none.

Though cheerful, she is also a vicious huntress, needing to survive the harsh climate on her own, being abandoned when she was even younger than she is now. Being left to her own devices, she had to quickly develop her wits and very quickly learn of her magical capabilities, and exceed that of the other vastayans by ten fold! Her cheerfulness is a side effect to keep her sane due to the harsh climate around her and to not think about her abandonment, her fluffy patches of fur over vital areas does help keep her warm however (no one around to tell her what clothes are, nor anyone around to make them for her).


Frozzie is a frost-mage, where you play her is up to you!

The main gameplay here is skirting around the outside of the fight and taking pot-shots with a single target skill shot nuke, then when the target is low, going all the way in, freeze them solid and finish them off with a massive damage nuke! You play more like a skirting assassin than a true mage, but you are a huntress looking for the right angle and then striking to finish off your prey!

Snow Hop (Passive):

When walking on snow, Frozzie hops instead, maximum distance is half her current movement speed and she travels 80%(+10% per 100AP) faster than her current movement speed, but once a hop is began she will travel the full distance.

Frozzie will turn water that she walks on into snow for 3 seconds.

Icicle Toss (Q):

Cooldown: 3 seconds; Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana; Range: 950 / 300 units

Frozzie launches an icicle in the target direction, dealing between 40/60/80/100/120(+50%AP) to 120/180/240/300/360(+150%AP) magic damage based on the target's missing health to the first enemy in its path.

If Icicle Toss executes its target, then it explodes and deals 60/90/120/150/180(+75%AP) magic damage to nearby enemies and slows them by 50/60/70/80/90% for 1.5 seconds.

Flash Freeze (W):

Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds; Cost: 90/100/110/120/130 mana; Range: 700 units / 50 degrees

Frozzie blasts a cone of sub-zero frost magic in the target direction, freezing enemies for up to 1.8/2.1/2.4/2.7/3 seconds based on closeness. Frozen targets take 30% less damage from allies however.

Frozzie's basic attacks or Icicle Toss will shatter the frozen effect dealing 9/10/11/12/13%(+1% per 100AP) of the target's maximum health as bonus magic damage plus up to 80/120/160/200/240(+100%AP) bonus true damage, the longer the target has been frozen for, the less true damage is dealt.

Survival Technique (E):

Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds; Cost: 60/75/90/105/120 mana

Passive: Frozzie gains camouflage while in snow. Attacking or casting abilities will take you out of camouflage for 1.35/1.05/0.75/0.45/0.15 second.

Active: Frozzie gains invisibility and the movement effect of Snow Hop for 1/1.15/1.3/1.45/1.6 seconds. Breaking invisibility with a basic attack heals Frozzie for 60/90/120/150/180(+70%AP) health or 90/135/180/225/270(+105%AP) health if an Icicle Toss damaged an enemy champion or epic monster from invisibility.

Snow Trail (R):

Cooldown: 8 seconds; Cost: 30/45/60/75 mana

Resetting the mouse cursor and camera to Frozzie's location, moving the cursor around creates a snow trail that persists for 5 seconds, up to a maximum distance of 600/900/1200/1500 units. The camera will zoom out slightly at rank 3 and further out at rank 4 while creating the snow trail.
