Alice - Glass Empress (Glass-based Mage Concept)

Ranged - Basic attack should be some sort of glass shard(s) being launched from her hands.

Passive - Alice gains increased Armor and Magic Resistance per level. While any of her abilities are on cooldown she recieves a debuff in Armor and Magic Resist but gains Ability Power with each ability on cooldown as well. The scale should be similar to: -3/-4/-5 armor and magic resist per ability at levels 1/6/11 with a bonus in ability power being 5/7/10 per ability. Just an extra thought maybe could implement Summoner Skill cooldowns to affect this too.

Q- Alice propels 5 thick glass shards in a cone in front of her, the projectiles deal magic damage to the first targets hit and make them bleed over 3 seconds. Cooldown - 7/7/6/5/4 seconds Mana - 50/55/60/70/80

W - Alice projects a protective veil in front of her for 1 second. If she the veil is hit by basic attack or spell it absorbs all the damage and gives the ability to reactive the ability within 3 seconds. Alice redirects the damage in energy to a ball that travels to an area and then explodes dealing the damage Alice would have received plus 60/65/70/75/80% of her AP and slows all enemies hit by 50% Cooldown - 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 seconds after first activate Mana - 60/70/80/95/110

E - Alice places a big glass pillar at target location. The area around the pillar reduces damage to all allies by 15 (+.04 AP)% . All the damage reduced is absorbed into the pillar and after 5 seconds the pillar shatters, dealing magic damage to all enemies caught in the initial blast. The pillar can also absorb abilities for their full damage directly if they are hit and each direct hit will restore a set amount of Alice's mana. Mana - 85/95/105/120/135 Cooldown - 22/21/19/17/15 seconds after placing the pillar

R - Alice conjures up a Glass Golem at target location, the Golem's basic attack does magic damage makes the target(s) bleed true damage and Glass Golem pierces its enemy much like Azir's Sand Warriors. The Golem lives for 25/30/35 seconds or until it is killed. Once its timer runs down or it is killed, the Golem shatters to the ground and all enemies caught in the shatter have thier armor and MR reduced by 15/20/30 for 4 seconds. Mana - 305/285/260 Cooldown - 215/200/170 seconds

Came up with this while at work. I love to hear feedback tell me if its too OP or if it sounds similar to another champion makeup. Suggest modifications too

I think the W and the ultimate should be changed. The W should splinter on contact. I am not sure how I would change the ultimate. Cool idea though!

The glass cannon jokes would be unending :P

That aside, seems like mostly a good idea (especially the w) she also seems like a versatile champ that could do multiple roles so + for that.

She would get hard countered by Taric's W (Shatter) :P

I think the idea is pretty cool, nothing about it seems broken except maybe the E. If it instead gave a shield that charged at a particular rate instead of just blocking some flat amount of damage per hit it would likely be easier to balance but still be a similar function.

Her W and E are too much, they honestly sound more like ultimates, rather than regular abilities. Her R seems a lot like tibbers and her over all kit seems like it was just copy and pasted abilities from other champions (leblanc for example) the only unique things about her are her W and E (which are the main issues) I do like the concept and it would be cool to see a glass mage but I feel like you could do a lot more with a glass based champion.

I really like the concept of glass mage but i think the w especially is super broken and also similar to her e. Maybe if the damage dealt back with w does the same dmg they did on u without +% of your ap it would be less broken and maybe make up another skill for e (maybe a supportive one to make her a supportive mage as she should be imo). Also the mana cost and cd on ulti are insanely high, look at annie's ulti, super low cd and its stronger than alice's, also the mana costs on e and w are high she would be left manaless with 2 skills. I suggest you make the mana cost of w max 90 mana at level 5 and e max 80 at lv 5 (depends on whether u change it completely or not). Finally the mana cost of ulti should be 100 at all levels and the cd much lower (maybe 120/110/100, cuz i just saw it again and it's not weaker than annie's :P). Also i dont care if she reminds me of Lissandra Annie or Trundle or whatever cuz Khazix reminds me of Rengar, Fiora reminds me of MasterYi, Akali reminds me of Irelia and Katarina etc etc etc (if u know what i mean)

Does her Golem damage scale with her AP?

Her E's ability to absorb tons of damage done around it plus any direct attacks and reflect all that damage back is insane. It all has to be a percent, otherwise that's everyone dead within range.

Her W is also super strong because of the extra AP scaling. And maybe make that a percent of damage taken too. Because what if the attack blocked was a 1000 stack nasus Q with an IE and triforce attack critting? You could just bounce thr damage to 1-shot any one of the enemy champions. That's very situational, of course, but the raw power still stands.

The Q is great, however the AP from the passive seems very underwhelming.

Honestly I think her passive would be better off like this,

Passive: everytime Alice damages an enemy champion, glass shatters around the enemy leaving a small area covered in glass shards. When enemies walk over the shards they take x damage (maybe percentage off damage she dealt or just a set amount like morgana W) and it leaves a bleed effect on the targets. Glass shards last for x seconds before vanishing and cannot stack.

This passive would make a lot more sense since all her abilities are basically made out of glass.

Her Q Would Be cool If It launched spikes Of Glass towards the enemies (like eve Q) but a skill shot. Make it so that multiple spikes get reduced on same target (since glass is basically extremely hot sand) and the ability wouldn't look a lot like lissandra Q.

W and E are cool but sound more like ultimates considering the utility and power potential. Maybe think of more ways to make her abilities more focused on using glass to tear your enemies into shreds.

I feel that her R is a lot like annies and is lacking creativity. Maybe an ultimate where she spawns glass spikes in a circle area and targets take heavy bleed damage plus initial damage, maybe with a slow or snare or something (depending if she will be designed as a mage or support)

As a glass empress she sounds like she would be a heavy immobile AoE damage dealer with decent dmg over time. But idk those are just my 2 cents.
