Alice - Glass Empress (Glass-based Mage Concept)
Ranged - Basic attack should be some sort of glass shard(s) being launched from her hands.
Passive - Alice gains increased Armor and Magic Resistance per level. While any of her abilities are on cooldown she recieves a debuff in Armor and Magic Resist but gains Ability Power with each ability on cooldown as well. The scale should be similar to: -3/-4/-5 armor and magic resist per ability at levels 1/6/11 with a bonus in ability power being 5/7/10 per ability. Just an extra thought maybe could implement Summoner Skill cooldowns to affect this too.
Q- Alice propels 5 thick glass shards in a cone in front of her, the projectiles deal magic damage to the first targets hit and make them bleed over 3 seconds. Cooldown - 7/7/6/5/4 seconds Mana - 50/55/60/70/80
W - Alice projects a protective veil in front of her for 1 second. If she the veil is hit by basic attack or spell it absorbs all the damage and gives the ability to reactive the ability within 3 seconds. Alice redirects the damage in energy to a ball that travels to an area and then explodes dealing the damage Alice would have received plus 60/65/70/75/80% of her AP and slows all enemies hit by 50% Cooldown - 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 seconds after first activate Mana - 60/70/80/95/110
E - Alice places a big glass pillar at target location. The area around the pillar reduces damage to all allies by 15 (+.04 AP)% . All the damage reduced is absorbed into the pillar and after 5 seconds the pillar shatters, dealing magic damage to all enemies caught in the initial blast. The pillar can also absorb abilities for their full damage directly if they are hit and each direct hit will restore a set amount of Alice's mana. Mana - 85/95/105/120/135 Cooldown - 22/21/19/17/15 seconds after placing the pillar
R - Alice conjures up a Glass Golem at target location, the Golem's basic attack does magic damage makes the target(s) bleed true damage and Glass Golem pierces its enemy much like Azir's Sand Warriors. The Golem lives for 25/30/35 seconds or until it is killed. Once its timer runs down or it is killed, the Golem shatters to the ground and all enemies caught in the shatter have thier armor and MR reduced by 15/20/30 for 4 seconds. Mana - 305/285/260 Cooldown - 215/200/170 seconds
Came up with this while at work. I love to hear feedback tell me if its too OP or if it sounds similar to another champion makeup. Suggest modifications too
