Hextech Crafting change

Hello guys! I thougt a small Hextech change for season 10 would be nice. You always get 2 Loots in the Chests but you have to decide for one. It could be a new Chest( anniversary Box for example )but also a rework of the Masterwork-Chest. I mean the price would have to be the same because you dont get "more" loot. I imagine the system like this: You get the normal loot like before -but you always get two from one category, that means if you get an epic(legendary/ultimate/Mythic) skin shard,you have to decide between two epic(legendary/ultimate/Mythic...)skin shards for one. I think it makes more fun to open this Chests and every player chose what he prefere of both skin shards so it is more worth to buy some. I hope you guys enjoy it like me and maybe we will see it in game, soon. Ps: of course you can revise this concept, but this is the basic idea.
