Legacy Severs???

Are there any Veterans (Summoners that played Alpha, Beta, Season 1, or Season 2 of League) out there that would be willing to help me start an online petition to make a 'legacy sever' so Summoners can play the old school League? Kinda like Nostalrius for WoW players.
