"Tenbatsu? You mean her?" "Yes, she's someone I known for quite some time." "Well, she's quite the danger...she's practicly Jinx but with a shield and lance." "I'm aware of that." - Pantheon, talking to the bartender of an Blightwater Pub about Tenbatsu.

Lore: Far above the clouds on Mount Targon resides a stalwart tribe of people known as the Rakkor who still revere combat and war as ultimate artforms. They remember the Rune Wars of Runeterra and know that the League of Legends can only repress the rising tides of violence for so long. To those like Pantheon would know, it too has it's fair share of hidden secrets...none more so than the Unhinged Spartan, Tenbatsu, who was seen as both an great fighter in the battlefield, and as a strange woman; her actions being strange towards the other members of the tribe through an desire of marking territory as her own.

However, an strange incident of an raging ocean consumed Tenbatsu alive, leaving them claiming her as killed in battle. However, amist such a fate, the Spartan wound up in Blightwater, and watched the Pirates duke it out, stealing gold and claiming the sea. There, the long-missing spartan prepares to ride the seas as a Pirate, ready to fight any who dare stand in her way.

Her involvement with the League of Legends happened when she encounted both Gangplank and Pantheon in a bar due to Gangplank's request to know more of the Rakkor. Seeing an fellow member, Tenbatsu came in to the two and mentioned about the two, as well as where Pantheon was at. Leading her to the League of Legends, Tenbatsu sought to rule the summoner grounds with an Iron Shield, An Harpoon Launcher, and her skill in battle...although her ship, Rakkor's Wings would come along.

"The Sea...it feels so good to rule it all..." Tenbatsu's first words before preparing to attack Miss Fortune's Ship

Skills:

Passive: Rally The Troops! (An passive that increases the attack speed and Psychical Defense of nearby minions and fellow champions for a 5% boost per level, stopping at a 90%.)

First Skill: Harpoon Shot Damage: 10/30/40/50/70 Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 Pierces Through 2 Foes Increases with 3% AD per character level (Using her Harpoon Launcher, Tenbatsu fires off an strong straight Harpoon Shot at her foes, the Strength of which pierces through two unfortunate foes)

Second Skill: Beatdown Damage: 20/30/35/40/50 Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 Stun Duration: 3/4/5 (Max) Increases with 10% AD of Character Level (An simple beatdown on her foes is common ground for Tenbatsu. Using her forceful strength, Several quick hooks stun the unfortunate victim with ease, leaving them momentary dazed)

Third Skill: Musket-Proof Shield Damage Reduction: 10/20/30/40/50 Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 Gains 1 Bullet Coin per normal projectile, 2 Bullet Coins per Runaan's Hurricane projectile, and 3 Bullet Coins per Projectile Ultimate) (An powerful shield that can cut down projectiles. Tenbatsu pulls out the projectiles and uses the "Coins" to upgrade her ship.)

  • Bullet Coins (An sort of hand-made coin formed from an bullet that failed to pierce Tenbatsu's Musket-Proof Shield. She's managed to convince the shipmaker to use these coins to upgrade the Rakkor's Wings

Ultimate: Rakkor's Wings Damage: 180/260/330 (Can increase further) Cooldown: 150/120/90 Duration: 2/2 1/2 /3 (Can increase further) (Tenbatsu's ultimate. Calling forth Rakkor's Wings, an hailstorm of cannon shots rain down on foes. It has 4 Upgrades to increase capabilities.)

  1. Grapeshot Price: 40 Coins (An upgrade for Rakkor's Wings. Rather than several simple cannon shots, an hailstorm of smaller, yet more grapeshot rain down on unfortunate heads. Increases Duration by 1 second)

  2. Concussive Javelins Price: 100 Coins (An upgrade for Rakkor's Wings. 5 added Javelins fall down and detonate, stunning whoever is nearby them for 2 seconds.)

  3. Signal for Attack Price: 135 Coins (An upgrade for Rakkor's Wings. The attack becomes delayed, as Tenbatsu can now tag her foes with auto attacks. 3 seconds later, tagged foes will have the Ult triggered to wherever they are, damaging them as well as any other foe, beast, dragon, void, or tower)

  4. Batista Shot Price: 200 Coins (An upgrade for Rakkor's Wings. An powerful Batista shot lands in the middle, adding a 50 points of damage if it hits.)

Playstyle: The style for Tenbatsu is a powerful mix of Fighter and Tank, pushing foes back to their base with ease and skill. Using her Ult allows an safety net keeping her protected from other Tanks due to it's high power, but various Marksmen may or may not have an problem on their hands if they use something that hits harder than a normal projectile. Use of the Musket-Proof Shield will benefit Tenbatsu's ultimate and leave her foes unable to hit her with projectiles like Power Cord or Ace in the Hole, yet rockets (usually from Jinx) will leave more than a dent in Tenbatsu's defensive skill. Her third role is an strangely effective Hit and Run style once her Ult's active, leaving her to poke her foes with plenty of cannonballs, javelins, and excessive amounts of dunking.

Items to Help item 3742: An good item for Tenbatsu, as it adds up with her sluggish speed to lead up an heavy strike that slows down foes. item 3122: If it can make foes bleed, it's an good weapon in Tenbatsu's hands, mixing up well with her skills and attacks, item 3075: Being in the thick of battle can become troublesome towards Tenbatsu if she's unfed. Having this armor will turn the tide if you try and play her without mercy item 3026: While Tenbatsu despises this armor, even she can't complain too much regarding the armor's reviving capabilities...

Fellow Champions to Aid/Assist: Braum: Tenbatsu knows that her shield can't fully stop attacks, and even Braum has trouble with backstabs. Should both Braum and Tenbatsu use their third abilities back to back, Golden Shields activates, nullifying any damage caused to the two, but not to any fellow champion in between... Gangplank: Tenbatsu's rival in the high seas. Should the two work together, woe to whoever faces their ults at once, as it's the only thing they're good with... Pantheon: Another member of the Rakkor, Tenbatsu's passive splits in half when near him, giving 1 half the boost to Pantheon, the other to Tenbatsu herself (Rigorous Rakkor Training)

Champions that can Ruin Tenbatsu's day: Azir: While going in headfirst is common for melee fighters, one can keep a distance and strike safely to mess them up. Tenbatsu and Azir are no different, as like any other. Heimerdinger: An great man once said: "And if that ain't enough, use more gun". Cecil takes this to heart, and good players should use rockets, as the Musket-Proof Shield isn't strong enough to stop it. Jinx: While Jinx herself can't stand against a fight with Tenbatsu, she'll just have to fill Satan's shoes: Traps, Rockets, Rockets, and more Rockets. Also more Traps.
