Sakura - The Sol Songstress (champion concept)
About time I make another support champion idea, the first being Midrir, which was literally a flying... chow... dog... idek ok But this champion is another buffer, like sona, but this time its with a flute. The design is a girl with red hair and green eyes, with a dress, and some sort and a hair accessory, and of course the flute. Prepare for bards up your ally.

Passive - Tempo Every time Sakura uses the same buff (q w or e), its status increases up to 4 stacks.
Q - Aethereal Notes Sakura targets either herself or an ally champion, creating a circle (SeA bEaR aTtAcK pRoTeCtIoN) around the target, granting bonus armor and magic resist to all allies who are in the circle. (basically a portable sona aoe that you can make your allies carry around) Once recasted, there are 4 segments of the circle, if Sakura recasts in a certain direction, the target direction closest to one of the four segments of the circle with erupt a cone shaped wave of fire that knocks up all enemies caught in it, but yet cancelling the buff.
W - Prelude of Persistence Sakura buffs a target ally champion, which if there is another ally champion close to the target, it will buff that champion as well, and onto the next, and so on, but the buff is larger on the main target. The ability buffs the target ally champion's armor penetration, movement speed, and attack speed, but also grants allies extra movement speed towards enemy champions.
E - Symphony of Sorcery Sakura plays a magic note, firing a stream of flowing embers forward, damaging and slowing enemy champions. Ally champions in the range or near the outer rim of the damage hitbox are buffs. The buff includes an increase in AP, Magic Penetration, and causes all allies buffed to have their ability apply a burn on enemies.
R - Song of the Phoenix Sakura plays her most powerful song, within channeling for 6 seconds, Sakura greatly heals all her allies over the 6 seconds. After the duration, it applies "Dawning Ashes" onto the ally target, which is basically a free GA, however once they are revived, they are left at 20% of their max hp, but temporarily gain bonus armor and magic resist for 5 seconds. The ally champion that was targeted creates a whirlwind of fire during those 6 seconds that constantly expands, dealing ap damage to all enemies within the flames.
