Vindsaul

All souls that traverse the Shadow Isles count many nightmares and horrors that marked their passage. Fel creatures and the eaters of souls. However... even in such a horrific place as this, there are laws. Violate these, and you will find yourself standing before Vindaul... the one that shall determine if you will ever leave the islands again.

*caster concept in progress.

Base Stats: TBD when I get home. Caster Concept for baseline.


Skills

Passive: Confession/Sacrifice

The first champion to strike Vindsaul with a basic attack receives a timed Conviction. Once the timer is up the convicted champion takes damage. While the conviction is active, any enemy champion in a radius can take the conviction onto themselves with double the damage.

Cooldown: 20s Damage: 3% (+0.25% per 100 AP) of max health. (6% +0.25%/100AP if claimed) Area To Claim Curse: 400 Curse Countdown: 3s

*DOES NOT STACK WITH ITSELF. CONVICTION STACKS DO GAIN NORMALLY.

Q: Chain Gang

Vindsaul shackles two enemies together, limiting their ability to spread out. As the levels progress, the closer they are bound. Bound enemies can not move further than the manacle length from each other* - If they are further apart than the manacle length they are dragged together.

Cast Type: Indirect Line (Think Viktor) Range: 500 Line Length: 180/220/255/285/310 Manacle Length: 380/350/320/290/260 Cooldown: 15/13/13/10/10 Mana cost: TBD Effect Length: 2/3/3/4/4 Adds a stack of Conviction.

*Enemy closest to line start point becomes the center of the bind. The second enemy is bound to the first.

W: Inquisitor

Vindsaul is an expert at discovering the guilt in others, and manipulating it to the point of mind wracking pain. If an enemy has their movement impaired by Vindsaul they become marked. Marked champions take bonus damage from Vindsaul's basic attacks and abilities.

Mark Duration: 2/2/2/3/3 Damage increase: 9%/11%/13%/15%/17% AP

E: Testimony/Plea

All are found guilty by Vindsaul, however he graciously grants his prisoners the right to plea for their souls. On initial cast target enemy begins losing life. If the enemy moves a certain distance from Vindsaul, Vindsaul then heals for the remaining amount that would have been dealt.

Cast Type: Targetted Ability Range: 400 Duration: 3/3/4/4/5 Damage: 14/28/42/56/70 (+45%AP)/second Distance Before Plea: 550 Mana Cost: TBD Adds a Stack of Conviction Stack Duration: 3s

*When Plea is activated, Testimony immediately ends. Plea will then heal Vindsaul for the remaining damage rounded to the nearest second.

R: Sentence

There is only one outcome to being tried by Vindsaul... the soul is guilty. As Vindsaul issues his sentence, doom is at hand. The greater the crime, the greater the punishment. Vindsaul condemns his enemy's souls to the Shadow Isles.

The Convictions on a champion increase the sentence their soul is condemned to.

All enemy champions in the area, with conviction stacks, take full damage per stack.
