Ryze Rework Concept
I think this kit would be an interesting take on how to change Ryze into a hybrid mage
Passive: Arcane Mastery Whenever Ryze uses basic ability the cooldowns of his basic abilities are lowered by 1 second. Ryze can have up to 50% cooldown reduction.
Q: Spell Flux Cooldown: 3 Seconds Cost: 50 Mana Active: Ryze hurls an orb of runic energy at the target enemy, dealing (1/1.5/2/2.5/3% of the targets maximum health) (+ 1% Bonus Mana) as true damage and spreading to all nearby enemies marking them with Flux for 3 seconds, causing his next basic ability against them to consume the mark and gain additional affects. Flux: Spell Flux ruptures spreading to nearby enemies marked with flux gaining Ryze 5/10/15/20/25 mana for each enemy struck. Flux is reapplied to those it ruptures on.
W: Arcane Blast Cooldown: 6 Seconds Cost: 75 Mana Active: Ryze unleashes an arcane blast in the target direction, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 ( + 20% AP) ( + 3% Bonus Mana) ( + 3% ( + 1% per 100 AP) of the targets missing health) magic damage to the first enemy struck. Passive: Ryze gains 2/4/6/8/10% magic penetration. Flux: Arcane Blast deals 10/20/30/40/50% (Based on Spell Flux's level) increased damage and spreads to all nearby enemies marked with Flux.
E: Runic Blast Cooldown: 6 Seconds Cost: 75 Mana Active: Ryze unleashes a runic blast in the target direction, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 ( + 20% AD) ( + 3% Bonus Mana) ( + 3% ( + 1% per 100 AD) of the targets current health) physical damage to the first enemy struck. Passive: Ryze gains 2/4/6/8/10% armor penetration Flux: Runic Blast deals 10/20/30/40/50% (Based on Spell Flux's level) increased damage and spreads to all nearby enemies marked with flux.
R: Realm Warp Cooldown: 210/180/150 seconds Cost: 100 Mana Minimum Range: 1000 Maximum Range: 3000 Active: Ryze opens a portal on the ground at his current location and begins channeling. If Ryze successfully channels for 2 seconds, all allied units within the portal blink to the target location and very briefly become untargetable. Realm Warp can affect untargetable allies.
