[Champ] Baba Yaga, da real old Witch

Baba Yaga is the kumungo jungle witch who lives in teh swamps in a walking tree-house

Passive - Choking enemies take 100 dmg over 3 seconds and cannot use non-Summoner Spell, non-Item abilities

Q - Gromp Bile Bomb - Baba Yaga throws a flask of acid that splashes in an area, dealing damage. After 1 second, toxic gasses envelope the area and causes enemy champions to Choke

W - Spicy Weeds - Baba Yaga grows a deadly plant in a target bush. Enemies walking into the bush trigger the plant, and will then Choke on the pollen. Spicy Weeds will grow periodically in bushes near the walking tree-house.

E - Witch's Eye - Baba Yaga removes her eyeball and sends it with a carrier pidgeon that can be controlled by pressing E. Baba Yaga and her removed eyeball have 75% vision radius. The pigeon will return after 30 seconds

R - Castle Doctrine - Instead of recalling to the fountain, Baba Yaga recalls to her walking tree-house, which moves slowly to where she commands by pressing R. She can heal and shop while standing next to the tree-house, out of combat, and only if it's positioned in her own jungle. (Healing is 50% / 75% / 100% of the Fountain's healing power)
