How do I submit a skin to riot?
I spent some time drawing a skin and I wanna submit it but I don't know how... please help

post it in the concepts section, they dont take submissions and make a skin out of it although sometimes they get skin concepts from community made skins
I think you should make a skin call Harley Quinx or Harley Quinnx or Harley Jinx
