[Champion Concept] Orin, Pride of Neptune

**Orin, Pride Of Neptune **
**Story: **All Orin's life he felt drawn towards the ocean. As a child he would spend his days walking the beaches near his home collecting any shell or piece of drift wood that caught his eye. It was his dream to one day sail across the vast oceans and see every wonder they had to offer. This is why it came as no shock to his mother when she learned he had voluenteered to venture out with a local captains fishing crew in search of the captains missing child. He had no real connection to the boy or his family just a deep rooted desire to be on the sea. The moment the ship "The Kraken" set sail he knew he was exactly where he belonged.
Years passed and Orin had proved quickly that he was a natural at sea. He was especially gifted at reading the ocean and knowing exactly what path would lead him and his brothers at sea to a safe and smooth journey. A skill that quickly led to his spot beside Captain Lao. During there journey from port to port looking for Lao's lost son, Orin and the crew came across a paticularly treacherous patch of ocean known well for its unforgiving nature. Orin had advised the captian against attempting the cross but Lao's lead seemed too solid and he could not pass on the chance to find his son. As Orin had predicted the journey was afterall more then The Kraken and its crew could handle. As they were tossed about like a childs toy across the raging waves Orin did his best to keep The Kraken afloat. In the end his valiant efforts were not enough as Orin found himself staring up at a blurring sky as the ship and its crew sank to the ocean floor.
For the rest of the crew of The Kraken the journey had ended, However for Orin it had only begun. As Orin laid there on the ocean floor waiting for the end he realized.. it was not coming. Somehow he was ok, able to breath and move as if he was on land. How this was possible Orin had no idea but somehow his connection to the ocean felt stronger then ever. Perhaps it was not his destiny to cross the oceans of runeterra, but instead be a part of it? After many hours of swimming Orin came across an island. As he made his way onto the shore he realized the ocean water seemed to follow him. He walked further inland and still the seas salty water remained all around him. He pushed further inland and there he found a statue of a mighty being holding a great trydant. There at the foot of the statue laid a piece of string tied into a necklace with a small kraken carved from wood hanging at the end of it. Orin picked up the necklace vowing to always remember the crew he had learned so much from, and resolving to find the son of his beloved Captain Lao.
Physical descripion:Tall Muscular man with tan skin and long ungroomed wavey white hair. No Shirt a large tattoo of a kraken engulfing his body.A single shoulder pauldron with appearance of a konch shell held on by a fishnet lined with other shells and aquatic findings draped across his chest. A simple necklace made of string with a small wooden kraken at the end. Dark blue leggings made from some sort of fish scale with a fishnet drape around his waste. Carries a long wooden speer barbed with shark teeth and dressed with feathers and shells.
Suggested Role:Tank/Bruiser Suggested Position: Support/Top
Passive:Sacred Water Water flows up from the earth wherever Orin stands and remains for 5 seconds before being absorbed back into the earth. If Orin stands still the pool will slowly expand outwards. Allies and Orin standing in Sacred water gain Neptunes Blessing for 1 second . Enemies standing in Sacred Water are tainted with Neptunes Curse for 1 second
Neptunes Blessing:Grants 5 HP5 and 10% increased healing effects
Neptunes Curse:Causes 10% reduced Healing effects
Q:Surge: (Cooldown 7 seconds at all ranks) (cost 40/45/50/55/60 mana) (Range 600) (radius 250, Inner radius 50)
Orin calls forth a surge of water from within the earth at target location dealing(50/70/90/110/130 + .35 ap) magic damage and flooding the area with Sacred water. Enemy champions caught in center of the initial water flow are displaced briefly. Targets affected by Neptunes Curse caught in surge are dealt (25/40/55/70/85 +.2 ap)bonus damage and knocked into the air when caught in the center during initial cast. When a target affected by Neptunes Blessing is within the area of Surges initial affects surge has its cd reduced by 30%.
W:Ride the waves/Fight the current: (cooldown 17/16/15/14/13 seconds) (cost 55 mana at all ranks)
Passive: When Orin walks on sacred water his movement speed is increased by (8/10/12/14/16%) Active: Orin controls the flow of sacred water creating waves in the direction of his choice
Ride the waves: All allies standing in sacred water have there movement speed increased by (14/16/18/20/22% + .5% bonus health)while moving with the waves
Fight the Current: All enemies have there movement speed reduced by (18/20/22/24/26% + .5% of bonus health)while moving against the waves lasting 5 seconds. While Active the rate at which new water floods the surface is increased and flows out from Orin in all directions
_Note: there is a small delay to the flow preventing water from remaining directly below Orin while he is moving when Ride the wave is not active. This means Ride the Waves's passive will not benefit Orin unless sacred water already existed in the area he's traveling through _
E:Hydration (cooldown 20 seconds at all ranks) (costs 60/65/70/75/80 mana) (radius 250)(passive range: 800)
Active:Orin absorbs all sacred water on the ground directly around him and heals for (50-75/60-90/75-110/95-135/115-160 + .3 ap) depending on the amount of water absorbed.
Passive: When Orin strikes an enemy Inflicted with Neptunes Curse he deals (20/30/45/65/90 + .2 ap)bonus damage. If the enemy is a champion all allies affected by Neptunes blessing within range are healed for 4/5/6/7/8% of Orin's max health split evenly among them.This affect cannot occur on the same target again within 6 seconds.
R:Neptunes Call (cooldown 110/100/90 seconds) (100 mana at all ranks) (range 600)
Orin becomes untargettable and Channels briefly (.5 seconds) pulling all of the sacred water from the battle field focusing it into powerful shields for all ally champions within range, absorbing (800/1400/2100+ 20% max hp split evenly between all targets) and lasting 4 seconds.The Fewer Allies Orin's waters must protect the more concentrated each shield will become.If orin is the only target shielded the effect is reduced by 40%
Any Allies(including Orin) affected by Neptunes Blessing are further empowered by its waters granting 10/20/35 +20% of Orin's bonus armor and magic resist for 4 seconds.
