New Keystone (Idea/suggestion)

Rune Name: idk Rune Type: Keystone ( effect too powerful for others ) Path: Sorcery or insparation ( or maybe some new path riot will make ) Rune reads Your next damaging ability apply on hit effects,Aoe apply effect only to first target hit Cooldown : 18-8 depending on lvl ( idk i am not a game desinger i don't know what cooldown will be balanced )

Idea behinde the rune give mages a option to proc on hit effects more easy and make lichbane somewhat relevant for mages first mages to benefit from such a run is for example Lux and Zoe to help them proc passive as the game goes to latter stages they find it harder to proc there passive also veigar with lich bane for example or some other mage that will want to use lich bane at the moment lichbane is under used cause obvious reason of mages finding it hard to proc on hit effects with the need to get in super close range and low attack speed.

  • We already have this effect on gankplanks and Ezraels Q ( and the cooldown is there Q cooldown and they can abuse it with klemtomancy/lichbane/trinity this rune cause it's key won't be able to abuse with klemto ) why not give it to mages that want this effect ( and the payment is a Keystone slot ) gankplank and ezrael are one of the reasons i think it won't be broken since we have this effect on there Q cooldown and i suggest a much longer cooldown and no Keystone allowed
  • The cooldown i gave example of "to be fair on it" is taken from arcane comet without cooldown reduction from hitting ... ( though considering late game with lichbane maybe cooldown will need to be 25-13 or 15 ) anyway if developers will want to use this idea i am sure they will find what is "balanced" cooldown for it
